A good guide, helpful for the everyday person to become calmer and happier in their lives. However, I feel that if you are someone who suffers from a mental illness (i.e. depression, anxiety etc.), it is only helpful to you if you have started treatment or completed it for your condition. Meaning, you are someone with a clear head who is receptive to taking on help, which I am in my personal journey. So bare that in mind before picking up this book. Because if you are, there really are some excellent exercises here.

A good book to go back to and flip through for quick tips to boost your happiness level. Focus is really on living in the present, making genuine connections, taking a step back and having a brighter outlook. There were quite a few items here on taking time to be in nature and just makes me miss the great outdoors so much.
