So this story tackles a lot of stuff...and it does so in a very detached manner. I mean Claire bascially steals her brother's girlfirend of like 10 years or so...and all that happens is he gets drunk. Claire tells her parents and they arent happy with it but nothing comes of that either.
I mean i guess its a short story and all but there was no emotion behind anything thag happened. Everything was so blah. Maybe too much was tackled and there was enough room . i dont know. Regardless, free on kindle and a quick read so not much time spent on it. Read if you want...
I know it takes "setup" and "background info" to get a story off the ground BUT feel it took more than was needed in this case. Anyway, "All's well that ends well," RIGHT?
These two women were meant for each other; despite the emotional family entanglement it led them into. Their adjustment to different situations showed their COMPLETE and TRUE LOVE 💘 they had for each other. Gave me, the reader, a very satisfying feeling at the end of the story.
Think YOU, also, will really like 👍this book. Give it try!
It was an enjoyable light read. The characters worked well together to make the storyline acceptable. Definitely worth a read. Just wish there had been a bit more depth.
This felt like a low hit. It was low from Andrea to stole her brother fiancee even when they hardly knew each other. Love and respect come by together... I expected more ...
