Five Minute Finances: The Daily Habit That Can Change Your Life — Tim Grimes — May 4, 2018

The author spends almost too much time building up to the one daily habit that he believes will change your life, and then spends the rest of it reiterating it. I suppose you do need book filler, since the tip is so short.

But really, this tip can be used to apply anything. It centers around the belief that what you believe is what you ultimately are or become. It’s like mindfulness for finances.

I’m glad I read it. It was a free download. No harm; no foul. It made me think about other things, not just finances. It might work for you.

Two stars.

Nothing I haven't heard before

Sadly, it's nothing I haven't heard before. And I'm not sure it necessarily works. And it's not a practical piece of advice, like pay off your credit cards all at once, or use the snowball theory to eliminate your debt. It may help someone else out, but I don't think it was what I needed. It was, however, a quick read, and easy to read.
