Commander Katerina Kennedy has been awarded her own command base. While she is excited to be one of the youngest Commanders in her generation she is a little apprehensive for she has been given a post in General Liza Levelle's new Civilian Movement. Having to balance the civilians she knows nothing about and her new Dasha officers, she has to find a way to train the children she now has in her care without the violence of the Academy while still making sure they reflect the Glory that is Dasha.
