Composites Materials - A Quick Practical Guide

Rate this book
Most composite engineering books are difficult to read, use jargon and waffle on subjects that are not useful to the reader. This book aims to give the reader knowledge around the basics of producing your own composite component at home or at the workshop. Giving the reader a step by step guide, materials and tools list, and photographic evidence to refer to. This book considered the hand lay-up methods, also known as the paint and bucket approach. Containing useful references for more background reading if desired, this book is your one stop shop to covering the basic manufacturing methods of composite materials! It is highly recommended to read through "Composite Materials – Basics on Manufacturing Methods" by Andrew Greaney if there is little to zero previous knowledge or experience in composite materials prior reading this book.
