Sorcery and Sin #2

Reign of Gods

Rate this book
Oriana Gravendeer wants to change the world. But first, she must conquer it.

With a powerful kingdom as her ally, a brood of dragons at her disposal, and sorcery at her command, overthrowing the powers of Avestas should prove effortless.

But when friends become enemies and a harrowing evil washes ashore, merely surviving in a world turned against her becomes unthinkable.

Simply Epic

DePaoli has a way with words that draws you in and leaves you wanting more. His characters are believable and you can relate to the things they think and feel. I loved the first book and this one was even better. I look forward to book 3!

Repeated/copy-paste of a previous review.

I read this during a phase I was going through when I was younger and likely still in high school.

I know this should be more proper, all “the writing wasn’t it”, “The characters were lame” and so on; by this point, it should just be self-explanatory what I don’t like with how much I keep saying it. However, I shouldn’t assume people are following my reviews and know how I am, so I didn’t like the writing all that much and I was disinterested in the characters’ journey, so I dipped out very quickly.
