This series is still the best hotwife/cuckold/Dom/Sub story I have read. On a reread after 5 yrs, it’s still fresh and I will read it again.

I will note that there are the usual typos, missed words and continuity errors that one finds in self-published works. The quality of the story is so good, I’m happy to ignore them for rating purposes. Enjoy!

ORIGINAL REVIEW - SEPT 17, 2017

Cuckhold's Chasm - the last book in a really great series. I have enjoyed this series more than any other book or series I have read.

I particularly enjoyed the growth in the relationship between Nick and Nicole. The open, honest communication they shared through the series was heartwarming. The love with which they really tried to please each other, and let each other explore their sexuality, was truly beautiful and an inspiration for partners everywhere, married or not.

I thought JC did a great job in keeping the suspense in the book to the end, and was gratified to see Nick work through the logic of his situation, become completely comfortable with it and candidly explain it to Cynthia. Yes, his emotions ran high at times, but at critical times throughout the series, when he could have come undone, he correctly analyzed the situation and made solid choices in support of his wife and himself. This is, for me, a much more mature look at true love between partners.

I felt JC maintained an interesting balance between the normalcy of every day life and the exploration of passion, excitement and even infatuation. You need to be very insightful to balance all these elements in a book, and JC did it with fluency and style.

And of course the sex was hot! Although we saw little action between Nicole and Cynthia, Colin and Nikki sizzled, Cynthia showed Nick some interesting tricks and the sex between Nicole and Nick was thrilling.

JC left enough hooks at the end of Cuckold's Chasm to continue the story, and spin off a number of other series. I'm looking forward to reading more from this favored author.
