The Keroro Platoon gets shaken up meeting new friends and getting a new leader (temporarily). It's still a fun story with lots of nerdy references and Easter eggs for fans of anime and tokusatsu.

I'm continuing to enjoy this but what is missing is some sort of long-term theme. Will that happen?

This parody series is home to the hottest mom character ever yet they decide to still give underage girls miniskirts ☹️

I've been enjoying this series a lot lately. It just gets sillier and sillier - for example:

-Private Tamama takes over the Keroro Platoon with a rule of sweets and violence.
-Space Detective 556 makes his debut - he's one of the funniest (and creepiest) characters in the entire series!
-The Keroro Platoon attempts to create an onsen - by drilling into the Earth.

And that's just a few of the chapters! Anyway, the worst aspect of this volume is that the mangaka is as trigger-happy with the fanservice as usual (Yoshizaki-san even makes fun of this in the swimming race chapter). However, that's made up for by a great bonus - the Encyclopedia Keronia: a bonus chapter that isn't so much a chapter, but rather a guide to the various Keronian inventions seen throughout the series. Overall, this is one of the best volumes yet!

Some good segments, but this is the first volume that has some really not very funny portions.
