Cindy is a witch who is twelve years old. Lindy is her twin but is not a witch. Her father teaches at the school she's attending which is a middle school. Their grandmother seems to be attracted to the school principal so it's obvious there's going to be problems for the girls.

Their father ends up as deputy principal for a time and Lindy has a birthday party at an ice skating rink.

I didn't find any of the characters to be that very interesting and I didn't consider the story to be that interesting either.
