Another found-family troupe that I like! The main story is cute and heartwarming, and the kid is so adorable! but I didn't like the filler chapter tho (mainly because of the punishment sex done to a sleeping person. Come on, that's not right. The volume would totally do it without that filler chapter.

First thing first, little Ritsu is sooo kawaiiii XDDD No wonder his two idiot dads love him so much, but really who won't love this adorable little man? XD

Society may thinks a family consists of a father and a mother is the ideal family for kids, not two dads, two moms, or one dad with two moms, or two dads with one mom, etc but really, dad, mom, those are just labels. I'm sure we all realized that sometimes even birth parents or nuclear family is even worse than single parent, or same sex parents, or adoptive parent(s), or family with more than two parents.
Kids learned label from us, normal or abnormal isn't that important to them, what the little babies care and need the most is love, someone to gives them love, they don't care about gender, they don't care about LGBT, about race, color, religion, etc. They are so pure like that.

Disclaimer: It’s been a while since I’ve read a German translation of a BL manga, but BL where one of the characters has a kid is like catnip to me, so when my co-worker loaned me her copy of this I gratefully accepted. And to be fair, the kid was as cute in the manga as on the cover. The tropes, though.... I cannot believe I forgot about the “Western people kiss all the time” thing.

The translation wasn’t bad, although the graphics for translations of tickets and such certainly hasn’t gotten any better. I can see why you would translate 恋人 with “lover” even in German because no one in their right mind would say “Liebhaber”, but then again, do people say “lover”? Whatever.

I will say that I got pretty much what I expected from this (including a bunch of scenes that had me roll my eyes) but it has re-affirmed my policy of sticking to the mangaka I know and love. I mean, I absolutely get that one-shot BL is the safest to sell but in most hands this leads to stories that have the same plot and the same tropes and that feel kind of bland... I did like how both seme and uke were equally sexually assertive, though. And the kid was really cute.

I am, I really am because this one is such a cute wonderful and amazing manga that involves baby as a centre charm of the whole story.

Uke being too concerned for Seme being a parent leads to bit of confusions between them.... which was cleared by them only leading to such a cute lovely and heart-warming tale of three people, not related to blood, becoming a family(oops, spoiler🤭🤭🤫🤫)

This is a tale of insecurities and how a couple overcome it by using most vital "object" i.e. Communication, which is often misunderstood and overlooked by couples these days..

This story is not just about couoles being in love but it also tells how people overcome their challenges , fear and insecurities by properly communicating and understanding each other.

I do recommend to all the people out their whether you are in a relationship or not... just to be happy for the couple or to understand how to love.

With comparatively less amout of smut and distinguished plot this manga/webtoon is a wholesome read.

Ein ziemlich wholesomer BL über einen alleinerziehenden Vater und ein Mitarbeiter, der eigentlich mit soetwas nichts anfangen will, weil er Kinder nicht mag (und ein Trauma hat.) Aber das löst sich extrem schnell (und sehr süß) auf, sodass es eigentlich sehr flott zu einer süßen Familienstory wird - mit ein wenig Smut zwischendrin.
Generell war der OS etwas ZU schnell geschrieben :D da alles innerhalb weniger SEiten aufgelöst wird. Aber das Kind war niedlich - wo ich ja selber gar kein Fan bin - und die "Moral" der Geschichte, was eine Familie ausmacht, war auch süß.
Die zwei Kurzgeschichten danach waren ganz ok, ist also für mal lesen ganz gut, aber das wars auch.

El miedo que tenía nuestro uke de involucrarse con un hombre con un hijo debido a un trauma de la infancia, casi lo hace perderse de la oportunidad de encontrar a su compañero ideal. Doy gracias de que el niño no tenga mucha participación. Buen dibujo, simple pero claro.

Yuto gave me whiplash a few times with his sudden changes in behaviour. I'm glad Tatsumi found a family he can be part of. But like many one-volume mangas the story is quite simple and lacks depth.

There is another short story in this volume that isn't connected to the title story.

Character - 5/10
While I loved this development of Hija understanding that family doesn't need to be blood, there was not much character build. I had no really reason as to why I should like the characters. They just seemed so ordinary. I mean ritsu was absolutely adorable but when it came to our main characters. Nothing really called out to me. Also I felt like their relationship just happened.

Atmosphere- 5.5/10
N/A - there just wasn't enough there for me to judge by.

Writing/Art Style- 6.5/10
The art style was simple and the writing style was very elementary. I guess after reading Therapy Game, Vol. 1 I have high expectations now. I just did not see the art style being that great. As for the writing style, translations definitely was lacking in some areas - misspelled words, incorrect statements, etc. It wasn't horrendous but I definitely felt like the art style was a lot more simple than what I am used to.

Plot- 7
To be honest there was not much of a plot. I mean they got together...but that's about it. There was no climax to the story, no issue that needed to be solved. Literally any issue that was handed was solved in a matter of seconds. I loved the idea of the plot revolving around finding lost family, and loving a child that is not your own. I just felt more could have been drawn from it.

There were definitely things that could have been better. More suspense, more drama. It literally was so easy for these characters to be together. And it definitely is a more cute fluff read rather than anything angsty but I wish there was something annoying! The only suspense was Miko telling off an employee but even that was too convenient. I just wanted to care about something!

You don't get to really see the development of the relationship between Hija and Miko. It just happens. One page they are friends the next they are dating. Also everything just handed down and was far too easy for the characters.

This was a super cute fluffy read and it definitely brought me out of my foul mood. I loved the dynamic between Ritsu, Miko, and Hija. It was definitely light hearted. Nothing too out of the ordinary or original but still cute.

Potevo non innamorarmi di una storia dolcetta e fluffettosa? Ma ovviamente no! Anche questo manga come il suo spin off "Sensei wa Butchozura Shite Yatte Kuru" mi è piaciuto molto, dandomi una carica di dolcezza e tenerezza infinita. Come lo spin off ha una storia delicata e piena di zucchero ma... con un pizzico in più di angst rispetto all'altro volume, in questa storia infatti troviamo un personaggio più tormentato, rispetto a Yura, Tatsumi è più complesso e fragile rispetto all'amico, il divorzio dei genitori in tenera età l'ha sconvolto e segnato nel profondo, lo ha portato a sentirsi un peso tanto da decidere di non frequentare per alcun motivo uomini con figli ed ex mogli per il timore di poter rovinare la vita del bambino e farlo sentire come lui da bimbo. Questa sua paura lo rende fragile e mi ha commosso vedere l'amore e delicatezza con cui Yuuto riesce non solo a capire il trauma dell'amato ma anche a guidarlo e aiutarlo a diventare lui stesso un padre per il suo figlioletto, tenerissimo il suo modo di mettere il figlio nelle mani dell'uomo che ama, fidandosi ciecamente di lui e delle sue capacità genitoriali. Proprio come Kaji è un fidanzato amorevole e attento nonché un padre esemplare, un padre che sa essere severo nel momento opportuno (ad esempio quando rimprovera il bambino per non aver mangiato i pomodori) ma senza mai ferire troppo il figlio, riuscendo ad essere severo e giusto allo stesso tempo. Proprio come Yura e Kaji ho potuto apprezzare fino in fondo questa dolce coppietta e la loro strada verso la felicità e... amare un sacco il piccolo Ritsu. Se in Sensei wa Butchozura Shite Yatte Kuru avevamo avuto a che fare con il demonietto Tanaka, un po' scontroso e brontolone qui potremo conoscere la sua dolcetta "crush" ovvero Ritsu, un bambino MERAVIGLIOSO e patatino, un cucciolino dagli occhi grandi, timido e piagnucoloso, un piccolo angioletto che ha conquistato il mio cuore tanto da farmi desiderare di poterlo avere in carne ed ossa per riempirlo di coccole e baci. Proprio come per Sensei wa Butchozura Shite Yatte Kuru questo manga è un concentrato di fluff, amore e tenerezza ed è una perfetta panacea per la tristezza. Consigliato assolutamente per chi ricerca un manga dolce, non troppo complesso e zuccherino.

Der Zeichenstil gefällt mir unfassbar gut. besonders die Kapitelbilder. Zudem bin ich immer ein Fan davon, wenn auch Hintergründe so detailliert dargestellt sind, wie in diesem Fall. Auch der Schreibstil ist toll. Sofern man sowas in Mangas beurteilen kann.



Protagonisten

Yuto ist alleinerziehender Papa. Er hat ein sanftes, freundliches Wesen.

Tatsumi ist einer von der Stillen Sorte. Manchmal fühlt er sich einsam, doch als er Yuto trifft, ändert sich so einiges.



Fazit

One Shots sind eigentlich nicht so mein Ding, da sie oft viel zu rasant und schnelllebig sind. Aber dieser hier war toll. Ich hab mich so wohl gefühlt beim Lesen und bin fast traurig, dass es nur ein Einteiler ist. Der Zeichenstil und die Charaktere waren so herzergreifend und sympathisch. Damit ist dieser Manga zu meinem Lieblings-One Shot geworden. Boys Love Leser dürfen daran einfach nicht vorbei. Ich glaube manchmal habe ich minutenlang einfach nur auf die schönen Zeichnungen gestarrt und mich gefreut, wie schön sich alles entwickelt.

I saw this pop up on my feed and went "oh, I've read that, but I remember nothing about it, I wonder why." And after rereading it, I remember it's because I love the spin off series, but this one gave me the ick. Like other reviewers, I hate the second chapter so much, and it just really tarnishes how cute the rest of the manga could be for me. I don't like reading a story where one character is constantly being 'tested' or emotionally frayed due to miscommunication and misassumptions, and I know Kurusu probably chose to do that to add drama and tension, but when the drama in question is only an extra page or two, it doesn't feel worth it, and instead leads to Yuto's character feeling really inconsistent. I get that he's supposed to be sweet on the outside but dirty on the inside, but he's sweet sometimes but then also comes off as manipulative, and idk, it's just weird. I don't like him and I don't like this. I've read the spin of dozens of times, but there isn't enough space here to make this relationship build in a way that is satisfying.

This is about Tatsumi who has vowed to stay away from men with "families" because of a childhood trauma with his own family and Yuto, a young single dad. Due to a random circumstance the two end up spending time together and getting close. Tatsumi plans to quickly break things off before he can get attached, but Yuto doesn't want to let him go.

Honestly completely forgot I read this. I kept looking at the cover and my read date like huh? I didn't remember a thing and on rereading I can see why. There's really nothing that great about it. The kid is cute and that's about it. I didn't really care for the art style of the adults or their relationship. I love found family. I eat that shit up. The MC had a trauma in his childhood involving family, plus he's gay so he feels like he'd never be allowed to have a family since he could never have biological children with a partner, but all of it was so shallow? The relationship in general moved too quickly and the circumstances were pretty lackluster. I think this was just way too short and it focused on strange things that made the story extremely forgettable. The stuff that was interesting was somewhat rushed and it instead randomly focused on the kid getting kissed by another boy in daycare and that kid being the MC's work friend's nephew. I also didn't like how the dad's personality kind of flip flopped, which I know is kind of the point of the story, but the way he "tested" the MC's loyalty to the family was so ugly. Plus with how short this was it was so strange to have a random unrelated story in it, which I really didn't like. It made me cringe. Should've used those pages to make the main story better.

I mean this had its moments, but over all not good imo.

Cuando se queja por el hecho de que nunca los usará, se encuentra con Maki Yuuto, quien le pregunta si puede tomarlos para su hijo. Tatsumi admite que es homosexual, y solo tiene una regla: Nunca te enamores de un hombre con un "hogar". Pero luego Tatsumi se encuentra con Maki Ritsu, el hijo de Yuuto y quebranta su regla, al enamorarse de un hombre con un hogar, pero las cosas no son lo que parecen.

Hagiwara y Yuuto son una pareja muy estable desde el comienzo, a pesar de sus mutuas inseguridades todo se desarrolla de forma tranquila, Ritsu es el complemento perfecto para esta nueva pareja, es un niño adorable y perfecto y ademas adora a "Hagi".

Como es una historia corta se desarrolla muy rápido pero aún asi la disfruté mucho.

Ich hab das Cover gesehen und mich direkt verliebt.

Der Zeichenstil ist traumhaft, detailliert und etwas kantig.
Die Personen werden sehr individuell gezeichnet und wirken absolut authentisch.

Vorab das ist ein Boys Love Manga, falls das jemand übersehen hat.

Die Geschichte ist wirklich einzigartig und zuckersüß.
Ich war sofort Feuer und Flamme für die Beziehung und die Charaktere.

Yuto ist aufgeweckt, freundlich und ein toller alleinerziehender Vater.
Tatsumi ist eher ein ruhiger Typ, manchmal etwas einsam doch alles ändert sich als er auf Yuto trifft.

Einzig ging es mir etwas zu schnell, ich hätte gerne noch viel mehr über Tatsumi, Yuto und Ritsu gelesen.
Die Beziehung zwischen Tatsumi und dem Sohn von Yuto ist wirklich zauberhaft, wie er einfach den Kleinen ins Herz schließt und lieben lernt.

Vorallem zwischen Tatsumi und Yuto geht das am Anfang alles sehr schnell.

Doch die Geschichte ist voller Gefühl und ich hab mich glatt mit verliebt und Ritsu sofort ins Herz geschlossen.

Der Manga überzeugt mit einem wundervollen Zeichenstil und einer besonderen Liebesgeschichte.
Schade das es nur ein One Shot Manga ist und keine Reihe.

Warum habe ich damit so lange gewartet. Es war so zuckersüß. Tatsumi ist eher ein Eigenbrödler und hat schlechte Erlebnisse aus seiner Kindheit zu verarbeiten. Da er vermutet, dass Yuto, weil er einen kleinen Sohn hat, verheiratet ist oder war, will er sich von ihm fernhalten. Yuto gibt aber nicht so einfach auf und nachdem Tatsumi den kleinen Sohn von Yuto (Ritsu) näher kennenlernt, ist er auch total verliebt in den Kleinen. Die Szenen mit Ritsu sind unheimlich niedlich und überhaupt wurde diese Familienbildung schön dargestellt. Das ganze war ein absolutes Highlight für mich.
Die erotischen Szenen sind nur wenige und das fand ich gut so. Ich hätte hier nicht mal erotische Szenen gebraucht, weil die Story um die kleine Familie einfach schon so sehr unterhaltsam war.
Der Zeichenstil ist ebenfalls einsame Spitze. Total süß ist natürlich vor allem Ritsu gezeichnet. Aber auch das Drumherum war abwechslungsreich und man bekam immer wieder was neues zu sehen.
Schade, dass es nur ein Einzelband ist.

Cuando se queja de que nunca los usará, conoce a Maki Yuuto, quien le pregunta si puede tomarlos por su hijo. Tatsumi admite que es gay, y sólo tiene una regla: Nunca se enamora de un hombre con un "hogar". Pero entonces Tatsumi conoce a Maki Ritsu, el hijo de Yuuto y rompe su regla, al caer por un hombre con una casa. Lo más normal del mundo.

La historia es bastante alegre, sin caer en lo ridículo, cuanta con escenas sexuales, pero no exageradas, el desarrollo de los personajes es bastante acorde con el avance del manga, siendo completamente recomendable, de rápida lectura.

Die ganze Zeit über hatte ich ein Grinsen im Gesicht. Ich habe mich mit Tatsumi auch sofort in Ritsu verliebt. Und Yuta? Hach ich kann nur schwärmen von den Dreien. Vor allem fand ich es toll, dass hier eine gute, wenn auch kurzgehaltene Kommunikation stattgefunden hat. So war schnell klar, was jeden bedrückt.
Es hat für mich einfach alles gestimmt. Der Aufbau der Story, die Charaktere, der Zeichenstil und die Emotionen waren auf dem Punkt. Das war mein erster Stand Alone Manga, der mich absolut überzeugt hat.

I don't care much for stories with kids. That being said, this one was fairly cute. The overall message that family doesn't have to be defined by blood relation was nice, but there wasn't much of a story beside that. Also, am I the only one who got some red flags from the dad? He felt pretty manipulative and that "test" in the park was a dick move towards both his son and Tatsumi.

The story just felt very clunky, rushed, and didn't ring true emotion wise. The single father scared me lowkey (highkey, really). They way he treated the child because he wouldn't eat his vegetables 🙄 The ick. Also, his jealousy? Also, the ick.

Der Titel passt passt anfangs irgendwie nicht ganz zum Inhalt, aber macht im Nachhinein wirklich Sinn. Die Story ist an sich echt süß und an einigen Stellen echt sexy. Ritsu ist goldig und zieht nicht nur vom neuen Schatz seines Papas sämtliche Sympathien auf sich.
