Cocky, arrogant, brash....FEARLESS. I've heard it all and it's all true. I can get a chick any day of the week and that's exactly what I do.    Every woman wants me and every man wants to be me. It's just the way it is. I never wanted things to change, but then Brielle comes into my life and turns my world upside down. That tight little body makes the 9 inches of muscle between my legs stand at attention every time she's around. She's supposed to be off limits but I don't care. This former Navy SEAL turned MMA superstar lives by his own rules, and no one tells me what to do.

Declan "Trouble" Ryan is an ex-Navy Seal turned MMA superstar. Declan is used to getting what he wants because he's cocky, arrogant, and sexy as sin. When he gets the news that his father is engaged he agrees to a dinner to meet his soon to be family. The one thing he was unprepared for was having his world turned upside down by Brielle Peterson.

From the moment Brielle first meets Declan she realizes he is going to be trouble if she can't stay away from him. The chemistry between them sizzles from the very beginning. Brielle does her best to ignore Declan but only manages to pique his interest more. They both realize that they can't act on their attaction for the other because of their parent's engagement.

All that changes when Declan goes off to a big fight in Mexico and comes across Brielle enjoying her Spring Break. When Brielle needs help Declan is the first one there and his actions make Brielle realize maybe she has misjudged him after all. The chemistry between Brielle and Declan soon becomes too strong and they give in to their attraction.

When they return home, a blast from Declan's past threatens their budding romance. Will Declan be able to convince Brielle to give him a second chance? How will they reveal their feelings to their parents? Pick up Trouble to find out!
This is my first Ashley Blake book to read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The characters were fantastic and the plot keeps you hooked through some unexpected twists. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Declan is nothing but trouble.

From the moment Brielle lays her eyes on him, she knows she has to stay away from him or she won’t be able to control herself. Cocky, gorgeous and ripped, this guy is the full package and knows it. Lucky for Brielle he’s off limits as her mom is marrying his dad, but that little detail doesn’t stop Declan from making a move on Brielle when they come across each other on Spring Break in Mexico.

The chemistry between Declan and Brielle was HOT and though Brielle didn’t want to give in, their attraction was just too strong. She also got to see a kinder, more selfless side of him during their time in Mexico and that made her realize that maybe she’d misjudged him as a man-wh0re after all.

Unfortunately when they get back from paradise, Declan’s past rears its ugly head and turns their whirlwind romance upside down.

Will Declan be able to convince Brielle to give him another chance? If he does, how will they deal with telling their parents?

This is my first read from this author and I enjoyed it. MMA fighter/ex-navy SEAL romance with a touch of the step-brother taboo. Sexy and entertaining novella!

If you like hot and steamy passion, scorching hot intimate scenes from an ex-Navy Seal and a MMA fighter who is strictly ALPHA then this one is for you. From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with—or not. Declan is handsome, arrogant, egotistical and brazen, but he is so freaking sexy! And adorable in the hottest way! Being an alpha, he is not one to ask for anything—he tells you what he wants—he want Brielle!! There is a reason why he is called Declan ‘Trouble’ Ryan! Brielle is in her last year of college for Interior Design. It is very interesting how and when Brielle meets Declan. Although Brielle is off limits, you can see and feel the chemistry between Declan and Brielle, with some simmering tension underneath that was hot! This is the first time I read a book by Ashley Blake, but I assure you, it will not be the last. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This story will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end.

I was provided an Advanced Review Copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
What a fun book to read. A retired Navy SEAL now MMA Fighter, Declane, is knocked on his butt by the beautiful and spunky Interior Design senior year college student, Brielle. It is lust at first sight only to find out they must stay away from each other as Brielle's mother is about to marry Declan's dad. Then, surprise! Throw a baby in the mix and you have pandemonium. So much needs to be resolved in order for our lovers to realize their HEA.
Our author has given us a very well-written book with a tight storyline, good character development with not only interesting main characters but minor characters as well. This is a book that held my interest from page one through to the last page. Not having read any MMA romance stories before I did not know what to expect. I'm happy to say I'm open to reading more. I encourage you to pick this book up and read, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

This starts as an step sibling romance but does not end that way. It also has a touch of MMA fighting.
Declan is an MMA fighter whose dad is dating Brielle's mom. Both their parents are serial daters and have been married several times. They meet at a family dinner and though both are attracted to each other they both fiend indifference.
Fast forward to spring break in Cabo and they meet up again but this time they both are having a harder time not looking at each other and when Declan saves Brielle they decide to see where they may go.
Enter Declan's ex and you have a little bit of drama in the story. Will his past stop their future?
I'm looking for the Zach and Sophie story next?
I received this book and am leaving an honest voluntary review.

This book was a good read. It's about Declan who was a Navy SEAL and is now an MMA fighter. Brielle is a senior in college and is looking to have a good time on Spring Break for the last time. They are in Cabo and just happen to run into each other. What I havent' told you is that Brielle's mother and Declan's father are now getting married after a world wind romance of 3 weeks. They both are very attracted to each other and have both been told to be on their best behavior and they are off limits to each other. Will they take that step to make their relationship a bit more than what it is no in Cabo? I will tell you that there are a few very sexy and steamy scenes you don't want to miss out on. Well written story with great characters and plot. There are hot scenes, drama and quick chemistry, but it needs a bit more romance.
The story is very fast paced and that shows sometimes where I think it would benefit from getting a bit deeper. It includes lots of emotional moments, drama, heartbreaking and very strong characters. Both Brielle and Declan are strong characters but they develop through the story.
They both have to want to let go and embrace the love and their life. I like the way their individual stories are described. They feel realistic.
A very quick and enjoyable read.

Headline: I have voluntarily read and reviewed and ARC version of Trouble by Ashely Blake.
This was a sweet book. Declan and Brielle's chemistry was great. I loved how they just couldn’t stay away from each other. I got annoyed with Brielle a couple times, but forgave her in the end when she finally came to her senses. It’s probably just me because I am already a huge fan of MMA, but I wish there was more elements of that in here. Still even with that critique, I would still recommend to someone who wants a quick and sweet read. Happy reading!

A little bit of everything

This was a sweet romance that has a little something for everyone. You get you Alpha Male, former Seal now MMA fighter who falls for his soon to be Stepsister who is sweet and sexy and won't give him the time of day at first. When she does, it's the Insta-love we all enjoy. Add in some gold diggers and baby mamma drama and it becomes even more entertaining. I would have liked and Epilogue or another chapter to tie certain things up but it's still a good read

I would love som Trouble?

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book And I enjoyed the story immensely.

This is a sweet, funny and hot romance with insta-atraction and heart-break, and with a heart-melting HEA.

The hero is a alpha male bad boy who's gone from Navy SEAL to MMA. Declan is a playboy to the bone and gets all the girls he wants. But when his father is about to get married and Declan for the first time lay eyes on his soon to be stepsister he's in trouble.

I have to say I really enjoyed Declan and Brielle. From Mexico to home this book was full of steam. She gave him so much attitude til she seen the real him. When Declan and Brielle are finally moving forward this ex shows up. It takes a nosedive from there. I thought the ending was for for these two. This was a sweet and steamy fast read. I definitely recommend it. I voluntarily received this ARC for an honest review.

This is a sweet, funny and steamy book.

The main characters, Declan and Brielle, have real chemistry, even if Brielle won't admit it!

Their backstories are well written and believable, and the world of MMA is brought to life.

Throw in their parents, her best friend, his trainer, a gold digging ex, Spring Break in Mexico and you have an enjoyable, well written story.

It's ok. 3 1/2💫

This book was good. A bit to quick for me though. I just don't see him being faithful after a few years, especially with his MMA fame still going on and the groupie's that go with it. Plus they are young. But this book has drama and sex but needed more romance.

Cocky, but hey its well earned, hot hot hot, in other words he's trouble, meets the love of his life. Now just to convince his angel that he's changed his ways and he's there for the long haul. This was a fun story to read and left me feeling hopeful for their futures.
I received this story as an arc and voluntarily am presenting my review.

Great story. Loved Declan and Brielle. They have liked each other since they met, but they only met because their parents were getting married to each other. When they finally get together, it's hot. Their chemistry is off the charts. Too bad Sarah had to go and get in between them for a while, but they found each other again. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
