This bundle contains two books from different series, each starting with book one. It was a freebie audiobook and I’ve had it in my library for far too long. I didn’t enjoy the narration. The two female main characters were American and the narrator gave them both British accents. This was particularly noticeable when other characters, especially those in Ireland, pointed out that she was clearly American. However, the narrator managed to do Irish accents. Overall, the stories were just okay for me. I won’t be reading the rest. It took me ages to finish them because I dislike leaving books unfinished but these ones came close.

She’s eagerly anticipating a proposal, because her boyfriend decides to take her to take her out for a special dinner. However, she’s disappointed. Feeling neglected, she starts to lash out. That relationship ends. An overnight transformation in her character occurs as she confronts her colleagues with harsh truths. Meanwhile, she visits her childhood home in Maine, now dilapidated and unloved. As the weekend progresses, she falls in love with the place and decides to lovingly restore it. We witness the transformation of the angry Emily into someone she never expected.

Keira, a journalist and aspiring travel writer, is passionate about her job and prioritises it above all else, even her boyfriend. At home, she comes across as self-important. She’s due to attend her sister-in-law’s wedding but she and her sister-in-law mutually despise each other.
When the opportunity arises for her to travel to Ireland to discredit the festival of love, she accepts. This means missing the wedding, which doesn’t go down well. However, she feels justified because it’s just a wedding as her job is the most important thing.
Keira’s trip to Ireland will reveal her true self.

Well Done
I have truly enjoyed this book.A woman that has left behind what she knew ,taking a chance on the things that she didn't. Sounds like real life to me and Sophie Love shows us just how real that can be.

I got this as an audiobook and was just so disappointed. I tried really hard I did. I got to 43% then I just got lost on what was actually going on. Like why does it take soooooo long. If you have the option do not read this book… or listen to it.
