When Nadia’s recurring nightmare of 15 years begins haunting her while she’s awake, she has no choice but to stop running from it. As she begins searching for the truth, her whole world gets flipped upside down only to learn that Dreams aren’t always what they seem.
Tilson captured my heart at the first page. I was so intrigued in the world she created, I wanted to escape into this realm of dreams for myself. Nadia grew up without her mother, an absent father but a best friend who was always there. She is different than most girls but she soon finds out she is a Nightstalker. A being who fights nightmares while humans sleep or don't sleep. Nadia quickly finds herself questioning who she should trust and who she should love. I'm curious if Nadia will face her demons head on or if she will have help.
I loved this book, the characters felt real and the story was awesome. Not wanting to spoil anything, but I really liked the fantasy aspect and the powers that the main character learns she has.
