Peppa heads to her first sleepover and Zoe Zebra's house. Along with a number of other girls her own age, Peppa has to learn some of the routines related to sleepovers, which she does with ease. However, the plan does not go entirely as expected and a surprise visitor is the only one able to make the girls tired. Neo asked to have a sleepover soon, since he has a great bunk bed. I told him that I was happy to let him do so, as long as he is not too noisy.
Wow, Peppa goes for her first sleep over at the den of Freddy Fox. Total plot twist as she comes back pregnant and ends up a single mum. Heartbreaking as Freddy legs it to Ibiza.
Summary: Peppa Pig goes to her first ever sleepover at her friend’s house, Zoe Zebra. Zoe’s dad is asleep and needs to get up early, so the girls have to be quiet. First, they play piano and her mom wakes up and reminds the girls that they need to be quiet. The next thing they do is sneak out and get a midnight snack. After they get their snacks, they tell bedtime stories. One of the girls, Emily Elephant, does a loud sound and it wakes up Zoe’s dad. Her dad comes downstairs and finishes a story for them and they all fall asleep. Overall, it was a good first sleepover for Peppa.
Possible Topics: 1. Need to be quiet when we are awake late. 2. How to act at a sleepover. 3. There is always time to have fun with friends.
Peppa Pig has been invited to her very first sleepover at Zoe Zebra’s house. However they have trouble being quiet so Daddy Zebra can sleep until he solves the dilemma and puts them to sleep. This book is based on the popular television series Peppa Pig. Bright illustrations pair up with simple text to make this a perfect book for the young reader. If you have fans of Peppa Pig, you might consider purchasing this book. Otherwise, it would be best left to the parents to purchase this as a gift book. Recommended as a optional purchase. Grades Pre-K through grades 1.
New from L's trip tot the school book fair last week, this is L's second book in her Peppa Pig book collection, and we're loving them so far! Anything Peppa is for us. A is planning on maybe naming a daughter Pepper someday in honor...or maybe not, only time will tell. ;)
Fun trick: read with your toddler who is a Peppa show addict, and you will think said toddler has miraculously learned to read because apparently the book and the script are the same!
Peppa is going to very first sleepover and very excited about it. The sleepover gets a little loud and Daddy Zebra needs to go to sleep. Finally Daddy Zebra is able to get everyone to fall asleep. Peppa thinks it is the best sleepover ever. It is cute book, especially for your Peppa lovers.
Oz had his first sleepover (with Granny) this weekend so I figured this would be a good book choice for him. Peppa and the girls have a sleepover, and try not to wake Daddy Zebra. Oz liked it a lot and even got out a sleeping bag for his sleepover like the girls did.
I just love peppa pig. In this adventure Peppa is having her first sleepover with friends and they don't want to go to sleep or allow younger siblings. I find these books simple but realistic.
This was rather long for a board book. I like alliteration; however, the animals' alliterative names sometimes made for hard reading. To three year olds.
4 stars because the mommy zebra always keeps getting woken up. That is all from Hope. 🚔🛴🚨🚜🚖🚖🎙📸📞📸📽📷🕚🕚🕚🕙🇧🇯🇧🇿🇧🇲🇮🇴🇮🇴🇧🇯🇮🇴🇧🇲🇮🇴🇧🇯🇮🇴🇧🇩🇧🇳🇧🇩🇧🇳🇧🇯🇧🇳🇧🇳🇧🇩🇻🇬🇧🇧🇻🇬🇧🇩🇧🇮🇧🇯🇧🇯🇧🇳🇧🇯🇻🇬🇻🇬🇧🇭🇧🇿🇻🇬🇧🇭🇻🇬🇧🇭🇧🇳🇧🇯🇧🇳🇧🇯🇧🇳🇧🇯🇮🇨
Peppa Pig is off to her friend’s house, where several friends are getting together for a sleepover. The story engages the young reader with the adventures Peppa and her friends have as they engage in the kinds of activities young children might find themselves doing on their own sleepovers. This book is part of the Scholastic series, and would make a good first reader or story book to be read to children going for their own first sleepover.
