This was a fantastic book that shows the practicing Daemonolater how to use Shamanic practices to commune with and journey with the Daemonic Divine. This is a fantastic book for those learning Ascension, too. The exercises alone make this book well worth the price - a must read for the serious practitioner.

So, I had to think a lot about the rating I'd give this one. On the one had, I really liked some of the exercises. There were some creative ideas in the book that really inspired me and that will help me in my practice. For that part of the book I would give a 4 star rating. However, somethings made me give it a 3 star rating, namely that many of the cosmological ideas presented seem rather unreflected, the book needs some revision and there is a lot of repeated text that I kinda feel is there to make the the book have more pages. Anyway, I definitely recommend it to beginners :)

Easy And Effective

I enjoyed his adaptations of the meditations and visualizations. He explains things that may be confusing for beginner's. Because I have been very ill for couple of years now and having limited mobility, the cleansing and elemental balancing exercises are helping me the most.

Finally something refreshing and new for the demonolatry tradition. A welcome break-away from ceremonial stylings. Doing the exercises included will help the mage familiarize themselves with the raw nature of metaphysical practice, and interact with it as a more tangible, living force, rather than simply a means by which to achieve results and nothing more.
