This is the final installment of this bestselling dragon shifter series...
Tide isn’t interested in taking part in the hunt. He doesn’t like the concept. It isn’t for him. One thing he does enjoy is the stag run. He plans on finding himself a tasty human female to hole up with for the night. What he doesn’t expect is to find her stranded on the side of the road. A damsel in distress. Problem is, he’s the dragon and not the knight in shining armor. Good thing the human female is curvy and sweet and just what he had in mind. So, he’ll play the knight. He’ll bide his time, and then he’ll pounce and she’ll love every minute.

The following ratings are out of 5: Romance: 💙🤎🖤❤️💜 Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Story/Plot: 📕📗📙📘 World building: 🌏🌍🌏🌎🌍 Character development: 😍😚😉🙂🥰 Narrator(s): 🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙 Narration Type: Dual Narration
The Hero:Tide - He is a water dragon prince and though many of the other kings and princes have joined the bride hunt, Tide doesn’t want that for himself. Though he loves the Stag Runs, where the male dragons go into a human town and hang out at a bar, picking up random human women to hook up with for a night once a month or so.
The heroine:Megan - She is a geneticist who focuses on allergies and is working for a cure of Asthma. Her younger sister and niece both suffered from the disease and her sister nearly died from it when they were young. Her research was funded by ARJ Packaging because the owner of the company also suffered from Asthma.
The Story: Tide is on the prowl for a human female after going months without one. He was on his way to a stag run and on human territory when he comes across Megan, who got a flat tire on the road. Tide stopped to help and was surprised at how beautiful Megan’s eyes were. Tide flirts with Megan and both end up dirty and go to Megan’s place to clean up. Tide is attracted to Megan and surprised that she doesn’t act like the human females he has met before in the bar he goes to on stag runs.
When the research funding dries up due to a conflict of interest at ARJ Packaging, Megan is hired by the dragon shifters for a classified project (to study the effects of silver on the dragon shifters). She is charged with taking over after Dr. Louise Parry ends up mated to the earth king. She and her assistant George arrive at the palace of the water shifter king and Megan is surprised to find out that Tide is the Prince and will be her guard while she is there.
This book was told in dual points of view via dual narration and was narrated by Stella Bloom and Troy Duran. Troy is my all time favorite narrator and I could listen to his deep sexy voice all day long. Stella Bloom has a feminine and intelligent sounding voice which worked perfectly for Megan. Both of these narrators are very good and so easy to listen to.
This story was good and I liked how the relationship between Tide and Mia progressed. The storyline about the silver allergy was good as well, though I wish it was a bit more fleshed out. There were terrific supporting characters as well.
Tide and Megan’s story is great however despite this being described as a “cliffhanger free” ending to the series the Underlying story is far from over and a lot of questions still remain unanswered.
I really loved Megan our FMC. I was even particularly interested in the genetics research on the new dragon species though I had my suspicions of what her finding would be and was proved right! I feel like this series can’t possibly be over at this most pivotal junction.
Tide and Megan’s romance begins on a stag run and coincidentally continues after she is hired by the shifters for genetic research to prevent the silver allergy as well as find out the genetics behind dragon human pairings. Though of course they fight it....like all the others before them lol. Once again all our beloved characters from the past make appearances! I do love when I am on a book about different characters and my past loves come back. Makes me feel like I’m still in their story too!
Can’t wait to see what this author has in store for our dragons! Going to go dig around with the Vampires and see what is happening over there!
Ride is a dragon Prince and meets Megan . She's a genetics and comes to work on curing the dragons of silver allergy but so much more is going on. Sorry to see this is the last book in the series has been great reading about them
I enjoyed the very start of this, were the two meet. the first of the middle felt a bit like the previous book since again the sifters are bringing in a doctor to help solve their allergy problems.
Meghan was somewhat frustrating to me, only b/c her responses where not how I would have responded. I don't often come up with my own dialogue for the characters but in this one I did and I can only think it was b/c I kept wanting the story to go in a bit of a different direction. Ultimately I enjoyed the story and Meghan and Tide were interesting.
As for this being the end of the series, I am not ok with that. I know the author has written a few stories for both the water tribe and the earth tribe, so that will help, but there are still so many question that have been left open. She did however answer a few of the questions I had from the series. But as a series ender, this did NOT feel like one at all. It ended like all the others, with the reader wanting more.
Now for the biggest issue. IT WAS NOT QUAKE WHO BREATHED FIRE AT THE END OF BOOK 5, IT WAS DECLAN, WHICH MAKES FOR A HUGE PLOT ISSUE. Authors, please please please, get continuity editors. That was a major mess up for the story line.
Over all this was not my fave in the series but it was not my least fave either.
I really enjoyed this series. All the different circumstances of the women participating in the hunts and complexities of joining two very different cultures. But we readers are left in suspense in more than one area. First, will the dragons ever learn or to trust enough to give full disclosure to the humans about their abilities and animalistic natures? Also will the humans ever learn to fully listen and understand they are interacting with a different culture. Secondly, the human hunters. Yes the hunters are the reason for the immunotherapy. Thirdly, the Dragon Shifters political situation. In this book it is saying it is the second born heir of the Earth Dragons is the one who can breathe fire, when at the end of the previous book it was the first born. Did someone forget that and do you expects your readers to not remember what they read? At the end of this book the author mentions more books about each dragon group. But will they include answers to the cliffhangers in this series?
CAPTIVATING, SEXY AND SO DARN CUTE !!! Title: Dragon Prince Series: The Bride Hunt Designation: Book 6 and Final Release of The Bride Hunt Series, Full-Length Standalone Novel, HEA, NO Cliffhanger Author: Charlene Hartnady Genre: #ParanormalRomance #DragonShifter Reading Platform: Kindle Edition My Rating: FIVE SINFULLY DELICIOUSLY STARS***** Wow! Hartnady really pulled out all the stops for Dragon Prince, the sixth and final release of The Bride Hunt Series and I have another new favorite! lol... Yeah, yeah, I know I say the same thing every time but this series just keeps getting better and better! I loved, loved, loved Dragon Prince! It's no secret I'm a diehard Charlene Hartnady fan and have been for years. I devour everything she writes. Hartnady is one of very few authors on my automatic one-click list. I'm pretty picky about the books I choose to read and even more careful with how I spend my hard-earned dollars. But when Hartnady releases a book, I never even bother to read the blurb; I just click and buy! And I've never, ever been disappointed with any of her stories. In my humble opinion, Hartnady is one of the most reliable writers in the paranormal romance genre today, consistently penning exceptionally well crafted, written, and edited books with beautiful covers, unique worlds, imaginative storylines, fascinating characters and Dragon Prince is NO exception. Some people are simply born with a natural innate talent as a storyteller and Hartnady has been abundantly blessed. She's an incredibly skilled wordsmith with a boundless imagination who excels at creating imaginative and vividly depicted worlds with intriguing and highly engaging characters that immediately draw you into the story, grab your undivided attention, engage your emotions, completely capture your heart, and give you a case of what I like to call 'the feels'. They make you giggle, snicker, snort, and sob but by the end, you're happy, satisfied and well entertained!
But I digress, let's talk some specifics about this book. Dragon Prince is an exciting, intense, seductive, fast-paced, exceptionally well crafted and edited full-length standalone paranormal romance, beautifully written in the third person with his and her perspectives. The dialogue is smart, snappy, sexy, well-executed, at times hilarious, and flows effortlessly. I became instantly smitten with the two protagonists of this story, hot, handsome, arrogant and very stubborn royal water dragon, Prince Tide, and beautiful, compassionate and very nerdy Doctor Meghan Rogers. I immediately fell in love with the intelligent Meghan and Tide, well, he kinda grows on you. lol... But they complemented each other perfectly and their sexual chemistry was so smoking hot! Tide may have been a little cocky and stubborn, okay a lot, but he did have some really big redeeming qualities along with several irresistible physical attributes. Hubba! Hubba! Hartnady skillfully combines every single one of these elements to craft a deliciously cute paranormal tale filled to the brim with heart-pounding drama, heart-wrenching angst, hilarious humor, heated attraction, fiery passion, heartwarming romance and of course, dreamy sex! After all, this is a Charlene Hartnady story and we all know she writes some of the steamiest sex scenes - ever! Did I like this book? No, I LOVED it! I was glued to my chair, white knuckling my ereader with my heart fluttering wildly in my chest while the hours passed as quickly as the pages! Would I recommend it? You bet and I am but only for adult readers! Will I read this author again? Absolutely! Just as soon as she releases her next book! And finally, was I entertained? Completely! I giggled, snorted, snickered, snuffled, sobbed and even became downright angry and wanted to strangle several dragon shifters, but by the end, I was happy, satisfied and completely entertained. Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!
Premise: The Bride Hunt Series is a spin-off from Hartnady's earlier series, The Program, which features a captivating cast of vampires seeking human mates. But the vampires aren't the only species encountering reproductive problems. All the non-humans are experiencing the same dilemma - no females to procreate their species and the very few dragon births have been all male and apparently it's the same with the other non-human species as well. For no known reason, female children have just stopped being born. Unfortunately, the dragons have been the worst affected. The vampires have instigated their 'breeding program' in which they recruit human females to participate in a dating program with their elite vampire males. Of course, the wolf shifters have been secretly mating human females for years. The elves, who seem to be the least affected, prefer to isolate themselves completely, which is pretty much what the dragon shifters have also preferred - until now. The dragons have reinstated a practice from their ancient lore called The Bride Hunt, and it's exactly how it sounds. They abduct...um... rescue human females who are impoverished, abused, or in some kind of trouble, then force...um...I mean offer them a mutually beneficial deal to participate in the Hunt. As tradition dictates, hundreds of dragon males from all four tribes assemble every six months for the Hunt and all of them hunt the human females. Once they capture a female, they can claim her! Oh my! What could go wrong??? Don't ask! But in this story, Hartnady changed it up a little bit. The female protagonist, Dr. Meghan Rogers, a well-known and highly respected geneticist, signs an employment contract agreeing to work with the dragons to develop a cure for their debilitating reaction to silver. She and her assistant agree to live and work at a lab located in one of the dragon kingdoms. But when Meghan agreed to the arrangement, she had no idea the handsome stranger, Tide, with whom she'd shared a scorching, heat-the-sheets, one-night stand several months earlier, after he so gallantly changed her flat tire, is actually a dragon shifter. The hot hunk may have been huge, hot, and very good in bed, but he's not very big on manners. When Meghan awoke the next morning, the hottie was gone without even so much as a fare thee well. Oh my! Imagine Meghan's surprise when she arrives at the water kingdom to begin her new job and discovers Tide is not only a dragon shifter, he's also a prince, and now her new bodyguard! Oh dear! Of course, it doesn't help that Tide accuses her of being a spy, frisks her in front of everyone, and then rudely explains if she's there to seduce him, she can forget it. He doesn't do relationships or repeats. Oh my! Let the games begin, or should I say the hunt!
I haven't read a Charlene book in years because there's only so many times you can read about supernatural creatures being ruled by their hormones and trying to mate and breed human females. It becomes a bit redundant and makes me feel as if I'm reading the same story over and over again. But I decided to end my Charlene hiatus and read this book. So here goes...
I liked how the story began with Tide and Meghan meeting and having a one night stand. It was a nice change of pace from the other books in this series. Obviously they meet again, because she is hired by the dragon kings to eliminate the silver allergy in dragons. However, Tide thinks she stalked him and promptly tells her there won't be a repeat of their night together. However, that's easier said than done.
I was honestly looking forward to seeing Tide break and succumb to his attraction to Meghan. I enjoyed their banter and the dirty talk he would whisper in her ear...while saying they couldn't happen, for various reasons. I was expecting this to sort of be like a work romance with a supernatural element, where the coworkers say they hate each other but really hate how attracted they are to each other. In the beginning it felt like it was going that route, but then like 70% into the book it became just like every other book in this series and I immediately wanted to stop reading. I feel like I was suckered into reading the same old story again. I liked seeing Meghan actually do her job and collect samples from the dragons for her research. I liked reading about the political aspect of this book. I did NOT want another "dragon hunt" to distract us from the real issues going on on this book.
Also, in the beginning I thought I would like Meghan, because she seemed like a awkward, but sweet geek. She had insecurities because of her weight and Tide happily showed her how beautiful he thought she was, but after the one night stand... she started to drive me crazy. I should've seen the warning signs when she got upset with Tide for leaving after their mutually agreed upon one night stand. I thought it was a fluke but then as I kept reading I seriously started to doubt her maturity level and her intelligence as a doctor. She knew supernatural beings existed and knew each had their own culture, but for some reason she continously ignored the differences in their species. Every time Tide would share things about his species, she wouldn't believe him. He warned her repeatedly that dragons are a primitive species and they're driven by instinct &hormones. He told her an unmated female can cause fights and told her the non-fraternization rule in her contract, which she had them remove, was for everyone's protection. So then what does she do? Accepts a dinner invite with an unmated dragon because she was jealous that Tide still had the option to sleep with other women. She thought it discriminatory for only the women to have that rule in their contract. And then when Tide was of course proven right, she said "I thought you were just exaggerating." I wanted to shake her.
Another thing that annoyed me was how the author rushed the ending. After 2 nights of endless s3x, Tide and Meghan are suddenly in love and forced to do a dragon hunt, which was underwhelming and lasted like 5pages. After the lackluster dragon hunt, the author started doing time jumps to two weeks and then to 3 months. In that time, somehow Meghan succeeded, but no research is going into figuring out the 5th species of dragons, which was introduced in the FINAL book of this series...so I guess I'm going back on my Charlene hiatus.

Warning: mature sexual content, mature themes, and language.
It was so enticing that I couldn’t put it down, this book grabbed my interest from the very first page. I couldn’t put it down, I had to know what happened next. The story is well written with a very good storyline. This is book six of six of The Bride Hunt series. (Set in the same world The Chosen Series)
Dragon shifters are a dying breed. There are so few females left that if drastic measures are not taken, and soon, it’ll be over for the species. The threat of extinction looms.
Tide goes into town for a bit of fun. He can’t wait to get his hands on a human female. Even though his evening doesn’t pan out as expected, a bit of fun is exactly what he gets. He is shocked when the same female turns up on dragon territory as their new healer. Tide does not believe in coincidence, so who is she really and why is she here?
Doctor Meghan Roberts can't believe it when she lands the job of a lifetime. Imagine her surprise when she ends up accused of stalking the shifter she spent the night with some months ago. The arrogant A-hole seems to think that she would stoop so low as to go through his phone and wallet for information. To have orchestrated this whole thing. It's a great pity he's assigned to protect her during her stay on dragon territory.
Tide is going to be her very annoying shadow for the foreseeable future. What's worse is that's she's still attracted to him. Tide is comfortable taking the assignment to keep an eye on the new healer. He’s still not completely convinced this whole thing was a coincidence. Her job is to find a cure for their silver affliction. Something essential to the continuation of the dragon species. Something he, therefore, takes seriously. The little healer might be attractive, but he never ruts the same female twice. What could go wrong? So with all that and more this story pulls you in and holds you tight. It’s a must read. I highly recommend to everyone.
**Mild Book Spoilers** This was a super good book. I didn't flove it like I have others of Charlene's but I didn't wanna miss out. I loved the inclusion of the silver allergy and the outcome. That was exciting. One of the best parts, actually. She really dressed this part up to sound very technical but not overly so. It gave the character a good sense of depth. There were some editing issues or what I'd consider editing issues... The use of 'sacs' in the book became a glaring mistake IMO. Never have I heard of a guys nuts called 'sacs' they're a sac. You have 2 nuts, 1 sac. Not 2 sacs. I know that's petty but it stood out a lot. Plus, there was a scene at the beginning that also was wrong. They were having sex doggy style yet she talked about his 'sacs' slapping her ass. It would slap her vagina in that position. Which, once again, was an editing error. Other than that the editing was pretty good. There was a ton of sex in the book. No real 'Water Dragon' show of skills. Which I was sad not to see. The characters were lovable. And I loved that it wasn't insta anything with them. They had a great banter. I am also extremely happy she included a gay character in the book. I wish he would've gotten his own story. That would be amazing to see. But I was happy nonetheless of the inclusion of the LGBT community. It wasn't a huge part, but it was refreshing. This is the final Bride Hunt book which I'm sad to see go. But am happy to know other dragon books are in the future. I really enjoyed most of them.
Dragon Prince by Charlene Hartnady. 4 out of 5 stars. It's so sad to hear that this is the last of this particular set in the 'Chosen' series, In my opinion as a reader, there was room for a few more yet before having to close it, especially with the scientific investigations into the silver immunizations and something else that I won't mention because of spoilers. Although the ending does give a good opening into a new series that liaises with the vampires a little more, so we'll have to wait and see what Ms. Hartnady comes up with for that one. I'd recommend this book to others to read. If you want something to read while waiting for the next one, then try her latest series out that starts with Untethered and book two is also out Unbound Enjoy! I certainly have!
I couldn’t get past the first chapter. When we read about awesome male mate shifters we don’t want to know a dang THING about their past conquests if they have them. But he can’t stop thinking about all the colors of the rainbow on nails that have scratched his back up when he screws every woman he finds in the bar. “How they eye the fuc$ out of him usually and their breathing gets choppy” yeah that’s a quote from the book. I almost puked. Off putting times 1,000. He doesn’t deserve a mate if he’s a playboy and he doesn’t deserve to be an awesome shifter male. They don’t have to screw everything that moves. I’ve read hundreds of shifter romances. Some wait for their female and let of steam by fighting, working out, and shifting. So those that screw every female they find, are losers and the book is a dud from the start of we have to read about it. Because when he and this new female…his mate, when they are finally intimate, we will be thinking about alllllll the details he thought about and it won’t even be special with his mate. Cause guess what, he’s had some many women, that he’s had the full rainbow of nails scratch his back up. Thanks for that horrid detail. Ugh sorry I’m just so disgusted.
This is the latest in the Bride Hunt series & was well worth the wait. It brings arrogant Prince Tide together with Dr. Meghan Robert who unbeknown to him at first meeting will be key to explaining the future genetics of the dragons. Meghan is brought in to try to resolve the silver allergy problems which complicates Tide’s life as a Water Dragon Prince. I loved their initial meeting & the subsequent reunion which had me laughing out loud as it was so well written. Their chemistry was wonderful & I enjoyed it right to the final page. Meghan is more than a match for Tide’s arrogance & is a strong female in this world of macho dragons. I loved the way it brings in previous characters & gives us greater understanding of previously raised Dragon issues. This is the 6th book in this series so should be read in sequence but it is possible to read as a stand alone although you will definitely be going back to read the others. I was lucky enough to receive this ARC in exchange for an honest review but I would happily have bought this book for my keeper collection
Not happy this is last book in series, there is hope as the author Charlene Hartnady's says at the end she is planning some more books as follow ups. Tide was on a stag run when he sees a woman unsuccessfully trying to change a tyre on her car. Meghan needed to get home, she had yet another busy day ahead of her. She was a geneticist, she is trying to find a cure for asthma, a subject close to her heart. By accident she discovers he's a shifter, assuming he was a wolf, they spend the night together at her place, when she wakes the next day he's gone. Life goes on. Then her backer pulls the plug, shutting down her research. She and her assistant George are out of work. Meghan received an e-mail, offering large funding for a classified subject, she trashed it as a hoax, George retrieves it. He then convinces her to email stating her interest and for details. Then gets a meeting request, they attend, get the position, then find themselves working to try to find a cure for the dragons silver allergy. One problem, Tide is assigned as her guard. Sue P
Wow!! That's the first thing that popped into my head. I LOVED this book. I usually do things a** backwards lol. Meaning this is the first book in the series I read not for the first time. But I still enjoyed it so much!
Humor, sass and sex on every page, an alpha male and a strong woman to match plus she was a doctor.
Tide, I'm not gonna lie he was hard to like at first. But he grew on me his arrogance was a different story. I loved that he was alpha, possisive and funny. His dirty jokes are worth the read alone lol.
Dr Meghan Roberts was easy to love and enjoy. Her personality was fun to read about, her drive was addicting and her interactions with Tide were beyond fun to watch.
I loved this book! Yes I will most certainly be getting the others and reading them. If you like hot sex, alpha arrogant males and humor this is the book for you. No B.S. totally worth it!
Nice ending to the Bride Hunt series, but I am glad that there will be more dragon books in this world. I have read and enjoyed every book written by this author. Meghan meets Tide one night while he he going on a stag run and she has flat tire along his route. He stops to help and one thing leads to another and they have a one night stand. Meghan is one of the top geneticists in the country. Blaze and Torrent ask her to come help solve their silver allergy. When she gets to the dragons lair she sees Tide and right away they start arguing and fighting. He thinks she followed him somehow and she thinks he is too conceited. Meghan has also brought her male gay lab partner George with her. We get a HEA for both Meghan and George, but there are obstacles in their paths. The biggest obstacle is that they both have to enter the hunt in order to get their mate. I love dragon books. I hope Bay will get a book and get his HEA. He deserves it
Tide and Meghan's romantic adventure began with fireworks and a hot one night stand. It was quick and then back to the reality of their everyday routines. Although they never expected to see each other again, fate had other plans them. To their horror, they discovered they would be forced to work together for the next several months. This storyline was very interesting especially when Dr. Meghan Roberts began delving into dragon shifter biology in an attempt to eliminate the threat that silver caused their species. Also, the recent changes in babies born to shifters mated to humans added more interest to this story and answered questions raised in previous books. Tide's struggles during "the Hunt" was beyond belief. His shocking punishment was completely unexpected and handled with enough description to evidence its brutality without becoming completely gruesome. This is another great read cleverly written and very entertaining!!!!!
I have been waiting for this book to come out, and I was not disappointed! Once I started this book, I could not put it down! I just had to keep reading to know what happened! Although, I am sad because this is the end of the Bride Hunt series. This book is Tide and Meghan’s story, and what a way to end the series. Meghan is a genetics doctor, and Tide is an alpha male with a very large ego. The two clash, and sparks fly when they are together. There were so many ups and downs in the book, and it took you for a ride! There was drama, intrigue, and a little bit of sass. I also loved the secondary characters! What a surprise! This book tied up all the loose ends, and all of the unanswered questions were answered. I would definitely recommend this book, but you should read the previous books first! I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book.
Megan is so relieved when Tide stops to help her change her tire that she was struggling with. She is also surprised at how much she is ogling his gorgeous body. As a research geneticist who is totally devoted conversion, she doesn't have time for dating. After Tide messes up his shirt, she invites up to her house to try and get the stain out and ends up in bed with the gorgeous hunk for on of the most mind blowing nights of her life. Months later when she lost funding for her research she takes a one or two year assignment to help dragon shifters overcome their fatal reaction to silver in order to make enough money to fund her research. She never expected Tide to be there and he thinks she is a spy. Their relationship had a very rocky start, but they end up very much in love although it is against the rules.
The end of the dragon Bride Hunt series. It's a good series. Yes, I know dragons are a bit over the top but seriously they are all built like gods and are well endowed (!) so what is not to like. They are a bit pushy though and they have some strange customs, including the Bride Hunt itself. In this book Megan and Tide have a one night - unforgettable - stand. Unfortunately they end up together under the same dragon roof later as Megan, aka Dr. Roberts, is hired to work on the formula to cure their silver alergy. Tide can't believe it is coincidence. She thinks his head is too big for his body and he has a policy that he never beds the same human twice. They are always shouting at each other and its obvious they don't like each other. Or is it? A good read.
This Story was very much about a one night stand gone completely off track. Great sex certainly doesn't lead to no more...especially if you end up working together later. I think the water dragons are an interesting bunch but the Earth dragons might be my favourites. This story starts pretty good, but then a lot of time is spent with the male pretending he doesn't care and the female avoiding or pretending she has no interest either... During this time the Dragons story which is developing in the background of all the Bride Hunt series stories is pretty interesting. I find myself wondering what gifts the babies might have... I liked this book a lot. I am confused if I should read the Earth dragons series next or the Water Dragon Series...
I liked that this book deviated from the first books, but it was very similar to the book before it. This wasn't all bad because the storyline took an unforeseen turn. Many of my questions were answered, but it didn't feel like the end of a series, rather an opening for the next generation. There were still things left wide open. I'd have preferred closure. Otherwise, this series is good for a rainy day, if you like dragons and lots of hot and cold with characters who continually deny what's in front of them. I personally skimmed the adult parts (not interested). The cussing is unnecessary too, but that's how I feel all the time. Otherwise, the story plot is thoughtful and holds your attention. This is a quick read.
This latest book in the Dragon series was definitely worth the read.
If I have any complaint, it would be that (across the series) the author relies a little too much (imho) on the dragon king being a senseless blockhead--the "obstacle" should at least make sense.
Otherwise, I would advise readers to begin with book #1 in this series (and preferably start with the top of the connected series' books, "Chosen by the Vampire Kings"), as the whole concept of the Bride Hunt doesn't stand out in this book-- neither does the relevance of the silver-related plot. The book is more enjoyable as book 6 rather than as a stand-alone.
** Received an ARC** I love, love, love this series and did not wanted to end. Tide the sexy arrogant dragon prince meets hard working, independent Dr. Meghan Roberts. Meghan and Tide are met on his stag run and had an amazing one night stand! Haha Well a few weeks later Meghan is brought to Dragon territory to help with the allergy testing with silver. Lets just say her reunion with Tide was not pretty at all and omg! If I was her, I would have beat the crap out of him for the way he acted. The attraction they had for each was too strong, the jealousy, the urge to protect, the things you do for love. I love it! Overall an beautiful ending and the best news for all the Dragons.
I always enjoy reading the books about dragons 🐉... I love the passion they bring to the stories, this one wide Tide and Meagan captured my heart... it made me laugh so hard, at times it Fr,t like they were two teenage kids, it was funny, and it made me cry, I cannot believe what he had to go through to win her... I am so happy that they finally found a way to help the dragons with the silver allergy, I hope it works in the long run...
I look forward to reading the books from each kingdom and hearing about each of them...
I was so happy with this series.... definitely recommend.. Charlene Hartnady is definitely a great author...
Tide and Doctor Roberts finally together at the end!!! Tide was definitely swoon worthy and I loved how modern he was compared to most of the other dragon princes and kings!! Doctor Roberts is literally a hero and so stinking smart; so happy she figured out their silver affliction!! They were explosive together and I loved every minute of this book!! I am sad that this series ended with this book but I can’t wait for more from this world!!! I need more dragons, vamps, elves, shifters, humans and all!! This was an amazing end to this series, but I’m sad to see it go. All I can say is that I can’t wait for more!!!
