Sixty days in another life, another time…it’s tempting. Sara Wells is in Venice, preparing to leave on a fourteen day cruise to Greece, when Gertrude offers her the pocket watch. But Sara is a romance author and worries she’ll fall in love. The problem is, she’s already in love with Mark. She suspects he’s ready to propose to her. She doesn’t want to have to make that kind of choice. But the universe unfolds as it should, and when humans close doors, fate often opens a window. And fate, with a little help from Gertrude, ensures that Sara encounters a traveler from the past as well as more intrigue than she can pack into the books she writes. *Please What if I Fall was originally released as one of two full-length novels included in, The Choice.* *What if I Fall is a romance novel and thus contains several mildly explicit intimate scenes as well as a few four-letter words.* All of the Pocket Watch Chronicles are complete stand-alone stories and can be read in any order. THE POCKET WATCH The Pocket Watch The Midwife Once Found The Christmas Present Nothing to Lose What if I Fall? The Gift The Lost Soul Forever in my Heart
Another excellent book by an amazing author . I have already read most of her pocket watch chronicles and I am hooked. Every and each one is diffrent and yet entwines with the others. She keeps you coming for more. The details on her books especially the ones about time travelers going back in time are so realistic that you feel like you are there too. You live through the heroine to that time. Highly recommend. Bravo on a job well done .
Good fantasy to read about time travel. Gertrude first asked Sara if she would like to go back in time she refused as she thought Mark was going to propose to her. Instead age walked in on Daphne giving Mark oral. Sara then met Benedict as Benjamin. Go read the twists and turns.
I had a very hard time getting through this book. That is strange because I really enjoyed the others. Just didn't care about the characters or the ending. Oh, well. My loss, I guess.
I have read almost all of the pocket watch novels and each one has been an intriguing and enjoyable book. This installment in the series continues to entertain the reader. I highly recommend this book and all of the others in the Pocket Watch series.
