Not bad... Good to start with...

It's an overall good book, but it's just not deep enough.
To be fair, I missinterpreted the name. I thought for "dream" she meant "sleep" with the target audience being imsomniacs. :v
She's very clear, concise and understand how to make a point, but the book has no depth at all. This book contains tips, but not science in its pages.

Practical guide

No nonsense practical guide to setting steps in place to steadily work towards your dream. Nothing magical or inspirational. A manual.
