About the author

Fujiko F. Fujio (藤子・F・不二雄) was a penname of Japanese significant cartoonist Hiroshi Fujimoto. After leaving his native home for Tokyo, he started his drawing career collaborating with his partner and long-time friend, Abiko Motoo who later held the penname Fujiko Fujio A. Their co-penname was Fujiko Fujio, which became well-known in Japan and in many countries. Fujimoto and his companion became briefly students of the greatest Japanese cartoonist Osamu Tetsuka.

Fujiomoto saparated from his buddy in 1987 due to a cancer, and took the penname 'Fujiko F. Fujio'. He still released his many volumes of 'classic' manga which inspired numerous children and becoming adults all around the world.

He died from the effect of liver failure.

Doraemon is nice book! This book have a lot of story, and the story don’t almost connect across the episode, so I can enjoy reading if I start incomplete volume. After finishing reading, I became to want to get secret tool of Doraemon!!

Kalau baca pertama kalinya sih pas kelas 2 SD ya. Hahaha. Kalau ini mah sekarang cuma baca ulang aja :) Gak pernah bosan baca Doraemon~

My fondest memory is of my cousins and me rushing to sit in front of the TV at 7pm to watch Doraemon with our grandfather. He enjoys this show as well and always tells us how most of Doraemon's gadgets seem so childish but would be so beneficial if they were real. 

Malaysia dubs the show in Malay, and I can clearly recall the voice actor who played Doraemon and Nobita. Even when I was reading this book, I kept reading it in their voice. I still remember how much I disliked the original Japanese voice of Doraemon and Nobita, I thought they lacked a "high-pitched kiddy enthusiasm" voice. 

I love Doraemon and always thought Nobita was a "dunce,"  even back when I was a kid, for not realizing how amazing some of the gadgets Doraemon gives him. I used to wish I could either have a friend like Doraemon or his amazing pocket. 

I must have read or owned so many Doreamon comic books, which I was "reluctantly" forced to give away because mom did not like too many comic books clattering her house LOL.  

This book also contains amazing stories, some of my favorites are "Kota Impian Taman Nobita, Lencana bercerita, Popi hiduplah semula, Hadiah 1024 Kali Ganda, Kamera tukar pakaian and Gadis Lily"

My ultimate favorite gadget: "Pintu kemana saja/pintu kemana-mana"

Dari sini, aku jadi kepo tentang folklore Jepang, seperti Momotaro, Hanasaka Jiisan, dan Urashima Taro. Dan tak ubahnya aku terbawa ke nuansa baby boomer, sebab ayah Nobita bercerita ketika zaman perang. Tak terasa, Nobita seumur orang tuaku, dan ayahnya seumur kakekku, tapi cerita-cerita keseharian Doraemon tak lekang waktu dan generasi.

kocaknya Nobita dan Doraemon di buku ini gak ketulungan deuh. persahabatan mereka juga harmonis meski kadang bertengkar. mereka saling membutuhkan satu sama lain meski kebanyakan Doraemon yang membantu Nobita. hihi ^_^
