I love to read anthologies but normally find that there is at least one story that really lets the others down. I am happy to say that that isn't the case with this group of stories. I enjoyed each of them and by the time I finished the book I was not only feeling very festive, but my heart also felt lighter after reading so many happy endings! In real life, love can't always conquer all, but despite blackmail, curses, differences in class, to say the least, book romances can always work out and leave their reader smiling!

Taming a Christmas Wallflower by Tammy Andresen

Lady Amelia Chase, a wallflower at balls, finds herself charmed by one of the most sought-after bachelors in London, Will Maddox. What starts out as a bet to get a kiss from Amelia turns into so much more. But how will she react if she finds out about the bet?

Theirs is a fast-paced romance, with some fabulously steamy kisses shared between them. It was a pleasure to read.

An Improper Christmas by Amy Rose Bennett

Lily Godwon needs to escape a Christmas house-party after finding her fiance In flagrante delicto with another woman.
Joshua a notorious rake comes to her aid and offers her a ride in his carriage to escape the place. She should refuse, but Joshua is a man who could easily help her forget her troubles, so she agrees to the help and it isn't long before the windows are steaming up!

Their story is sizzling hot. I love that there are no misunderstandings between them and that Joshua is everything that Lily needs to realise that she doesn't have to settle for just any man. A feel-good story that left me smiling.

The Duke and I by Heather Boyd

Nicholas, the Duke of Stapleton holds a house party for the benefit of his daughter. Unknown to him, his daughter and his good friend are planning on a little matchmaking, and endeavour to get Nicholas under some mistletoe with Gillian, his daughter's companion. When they succeed Gillian and Nicholas finally share a kiss. Then the passionate floodgates open!

This has to be my favourite story in this anthology so far. When by society's rules a couple shouldn't be together, yet are drawn to each other like moths to a flame, I love to see them overcome their obstacles. Their passion when given into is hot hot hot.

Secluded with My Hellion by Dawn Brower

Gavin Barrington, the Earl of Havenwood believes his family is cursed. Because of that, he has kept away from Lady Odessa Lynwood since they first shared a kiss many years ago. He loves her desperately but won't let the curse hurt her. A blizzard and close confinement with her soon tests his willpower especially when she makes it known to him that she wants him!

This book was OK , there just seemed to be more sex than storyline compared to the others. That said, if you just want a very quick, saucy read, this one could do nicely.

Her Perfect Rogue by Amanda Mariel

Julia Honeyfield is escaping a brothel when she literally runs into the arms of the Duke of Selkirk. He helps her to escape and takes her to his home where she becomes his daughter's companion. The more time they spend together, the more they realise that they want nothing more than to be together.

A lovely romantic story where class distinction could come between the master and the employer. They might give in to their lust, but can they give in to their love?

The Twelve Nights of Christmas by Nina Mason

Rollo Gillingham had to leave England and the love of his life Penelope Pembroke behind. They promise to wait for each other while he makes his fortune and can return to wed her. 10 years later he finally returns to find her engaged to another man. He still loves her and believes she loves him, why is she going to marry somebody else?

This was a wonderful story of a second chance at love and how Rollo must convince Penelope that she should marry him. There is drama, a lot of soul-searching, and some steamy scenes between our couple. The author describes Penelope's emotions so well, but I still couldn't help but want to shake some sense into her! I love when I feel so involved in a good storyline.
___________________________________________________________

Bedded Under a Christmastide Moon by Christina McKnight

Brigham Clarke, Viscount Whitmore marries Melloria in order to give her and her sick mother refuge after her father dies and her cousin evicts them from the house after inheriting it. He has been a firm family friend for years, and unknown to Melloria, Brigham also loves her.

What starts as a marriage of convenience has the potential to be so much more if either of them admits to the other that they are in love with each other.

What I loved a lot about this story is that our hero comes across as a normal chap, not your suave, sexy, drool-worthy hero of other stories. His eyesight is bad, and he wears round glasses. He isn't a physical person, but somehow he is in good shape, but he's not a man who thinks he is perfect, he has no ego, in fact, he thinks he is undeserving of Melloria. A sweet lovable hero made for a refreshing change.

The Rogue's Seduction by Lauren Smith

Lady Perdita Darby is being blackmailed and needs Vaughn, Lord Darlington, London's Devil to help her escape the man's clutches. What starts as a faux engagement turns into much more, but can Vaughn convince Peditia that he really wants to marry her, and can he keep her safe from her blackmailer!

This story had it all, the drama of the blackmailer, the passion between Perdita and Vaughn, and the soul-searching they have to do in order to realise just what they need for happiness.

** 3.5 stars **
Lovely Christmastide stories from start to finish! I loved how each story described the Holidays in its own unique way and yet they shared one unique trait. It was like partaking of one grand feast only at different locations.
I think what’s best about reading collections is that even if you don’t love one story you can always jump to the next one without breaking pace (or your budget) but always ending up feeling satisfied with your read.
I read all the stories in this set and I’ll be honest, some had a much more complete storyline as well as complex plot and characters for such short stories I had to rate them higher than others; however that Christmasy and romantic feeling was consistent through and through each one of them. So in short, if you are in the mood for a spicy Christmas read that will get you ready for the Holidays, then this set is your fix.

** I received this book from one of the authors at no cost to me and I volunteered to read it; this is my honest opinion and given without any influence by the author or publisher.***

Taming a Christmas Wallflower by Tammy Andresen
It started as a bet. Will Maddox simply needed to kiss the Duke's daughter, a bluestocking and a wallflower to win the bet but the more time he spends with Lady Amelia Chase, the more he realizes he wants so much more. An enjoyable read the pace was good & the characters likeable & endearing, misunderstandings & a spiteful ‘friend’ all add to the spice 4.5 stars

An Improper Christmas by Amy Rose Bennett
Miss Lily Godwin is engaged but a chance encounter with the rakehell Lord Nash at a Yuletide house party, she is sorely tempted to throw all dictates of decorum out the window especially after seeing her fiancé with a married woman. After all, it's Christmas. Lily is likeable but it’s Joshua who is toe curlingly gorgeous. Their attraction sizzles & as they say when a rake falls he falls hard. 4.5 stars

The Duke and I by Heather Boyd
The Duke of Stapleton abhors Christmas nonsense, but he’s hosting a Christmas house party so that his youngest daughter can experience mixing with adults before her society debut the following year. Nicholas keeps finding mistletoe & then there’s his daughter’s companion Gillian who he can’t get out of his thoughts. An enthralling, sizzling story of finding love a second time around. 5 stars

Secluded with My Hellion by Dawn Brower
In the midst of the blizzard, Gavin Barrington, the Earl of Havenwood, and Lady Odessa Lynwood must overcome the earl's worst fears and figure out if their love can conquer the challenges they must face. They have loved each other from childhood but Gavin has a secret that he at last shares with Odessa, I thoroughly enjoyed this well written story until the last few pages it was a 5 star read but I felt the ending was rushed & I was left wanting an epilogue 4,5 stars

Her Perfect Rogue by Amanda Mariel
When Julia Honeyfield is sent away to a brothel, she runs away...only to find herself in the Duke of Selkirk's arms. Another engrossing short story, no mystery or intrigue just a lovely romance with endearing characters 5 stars

The Twelve Nights of Christmas by Nina Mason
Rollo Gillingham has only twelve nights to win back Penelope Pembroke, the woman he left with his promise to return ten years before. Rollo’s family was ruined & he joined the army, Penny has waited for him but after ten years succumbs to pressure from her parents & becomes engaged to Frank who was Rollo’s best friend. Then Rollo returns. An engaging story that was well written with a good pace that kept me reading 4 stars

Bedded Under a Christmastide Moon by Christina McKnight
Brigham Clarke, Viscount Whitmore, has endlessly championed those less fortunate than himself by introducing social reform bills in London all while his wife of five years, Melloria, remains alone in Hertfordshire. When Brigham arrives for the Christmastide holiday, Melloria has only one thing on her mind the seduction of her husband. Heart warming & so very enjoyable, I love the author’s books & haven’t been disappointed with any of her books. There was something so endearing about Brigham, a hero with glasses doesn’t sound sexy but Brigham was very sexy. Melly was a woman with a mission even if she wasn’t sure how to go about it. I read this story of misunderstandings in one session 5 stars

The Rogue's Seduction by Lauren Smith
London's favourite lady Perdita Darby seeks the help and protection of London's most wicked devil Vaughn Lord Darlington to escape a marriage to a cruel horrid man Samuel Milburn. I love the author’s books & her books are a must read for me, I absolutely loved this book from page one & just couldn’t put it down. The characterisation, as always, is very strong. Vaughn is sigh worthy, toe curlingly lovely, Perdy is a strong woman who has her own secrets. I loved that characters from other series (League of Rogues & Brothers of Ash & Fire) were included as it all adds to my enjoyment. For me this was the jewel in a very good collection 5 stars

I love anthologies & this doesn’t disappoint. The stories are all well written & each one held my attention. Of course I enjoyed some more than others & a couple are written by my must read authors which was a bonus. These are ideal for whiling away curled up in the warmth on an autumnal or winter’s afternoon
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read

Anthologies. Always soooo difficult. I'll update as I go (so far, we're 1 for 3 ... geesh).

Ratings Overview.
• "Taming a Christmas Wallflower," Tammy Andresen — DNF
• "An Improper Christmas" by Amy Rose Bennett — 1 star
• "The Duke and I" by Heather Boyd — 4 stars
• "Secluded with My Hellion" by Dawn Brower — 2 stars

"Taming a Christmas Wallflower" by Tammy Andresen
DNF. Another eye-roller. Lots of potential—we have Amelia and Ethel, both wallflowers, both intelligent, country house party, some potential bad boys (who are oh so good). Unfortunately, this got bad pretty quick (or maybe fortunately? Allowed me to bail pretty early). The story and characters tried too hard, and it was like a watercolor, you know? Wish-washy; no substance. (Don't get me wrong: I love watercolor art). The boys were over the top. I think my 3% update says it all: "My eyes are getting tired of rolling."

"An Improper Christmas" by Amy Rose Bennett
1 star. This wasn't a historical romance, this was a historical erotica. Again, started off decently. We meet 20-year-old Lily, who is engaged to I-don't-remember-who. Turns out he's a fuckhead and after she gives him her virginity the night before in an experience that neither of them enjoyed, she catches him having sex with another lord's wife in the conservatory (so much conservatory sex in HRs huh?). Lily stands up for herself (way to go her!), but everything that happens after that is ridiculous and silly and just so that she and Lord Nash can have some sexy times. In the carriage, on the table, in the bed, against the wall (I don't even know if that last one is correct, don't remember anymore). Anyway. Yeah. Skip it.

"The Duke and I" by Heather Boyd
4 stars. Yayayay! We finally have a winner :-). Never read Boyd before, and some parts weren't really my style (or could be the space constraint of a novella, you never know). But overall, it was a lovely story about a 44-year-old Duke widow, Nicholas, and the 28-year-old companion, Gillian to his 17-year-old daughter, Jessica. If it had been a full novel, the small complaints I have could have been dealt with in the extra space, but oh well. Sweet story that I definitely recommend. Nicholas is a lovely hero who cares a lot about his daughter and is finally catching on to the fact that he's attracted and drawn to his daughter's companion (he's been a widower for 15+ years). Gillian "knows her place" and never really considered him in that light, which I appreciated—the constant pining away annoys me. They each bring joy to the other in the little moments we see; very cute.

"Secluded with My Hellion" by Dawn Brower
2 stars. Sister has always loved her older brother's best friend; he's always loved her. Unfortunately, he believes in this dumbass curse and she's a spoiled brat. The stable master tries to dissuade her from riding out, saying that there's a storm coming, and you know what she does? She screams at him! Literally screams at him: "Now," to get her horse saddled up. And our hero is supposedly trying to stay faaaaaar away from Odessa and put her off, but of course when they get stranded and play a card game together, he's the first one to win a boon ... and immediately asks for a kiss. Way on the restraint, buddy. There's other ridiculousness as well, but they're spoilers and why bother. So, moving on!

What a fabulous collection of stories from some of my favorite authors! I can't wait to reread it on a cold wintery night. It will warm the room.
Each story is unique to the author. Some are sweet, some are steamy, but each is perfect. The heroines are beautiful and smart. The heroes are roguish, handsome and strong. Lots of romance involved with wonderful storylines.
I especially loved how each story involved Christmas, one of my favorite times of the year.
If you have not had a chance to read all or any of these authors, this is a perfect introduction to them.
From the cover to the opening lines of the first story, I was quickly drawn in and didn't put it down until finished. Can you tell that I loved it?

This is a great collection of Holiday stories to help you enjoy the season!
Taking a Christmas Wallflower by Tammy Anderson.
I have truly enjoyed every book I have read by this author and this novella was no exception! Can an unnoticed Wallflower really turn out to be beautiful and intelligent? Will Maddox on a bet to win a kiss from Lady Amelia Chase finds out that is the case! It is almost love at first sight and he calls off the bet hoping Amelia will not find out. I loved this couple and was sad to turn the last page!

The title fits the story or it should be Lily’s wonderful Christmas surprise! The story finds us at a house party with Lily Baldwin attending with her Aunt & uncle and with her fiance. She had felt a little pressure to marry because she just could not have another season!! But of course nothing is ever easy and she finds her Betrothed in a compromising position with another guest! In a heated fury she decides to leave and ends up in the coach of Joshua, Lord Nash. I will leave it at that because you need to read this steamy novella and find out what happens!!

The Duke and I by Heather Boyd

The Rouge’s Seduction by Lauren Smith
Perdita Darby was desperate. How desperate you ask? Enough to go to a known Rouge’s house, Lord Vaughn Darlington, and ask him to pretend to be her betrothed!! Pursed by a dangerous man, Samuel Milburn, who was trying to blackmail her, she needs protection and feels Vaughn could provide that for her. Being down on his luck and still grieving from the death of his brother, Vaughn begins to feel something come to life with Perdita's request. I had the time to read only two of the novellas, but they are worth 5 stars!

THE TWELVE NIGHTS OF CHRISTMAS by Nina Mason

Rollo Gillingham had promised Penelope Pembroke that he would come back when he had enough money to marry her, and now he is finally headed her way. But that was ten years ago, and Rollo never gave signs of life. Penelope doesn’t mind being a spinster, even though she is not quite sure if Rollo has forgotten her, but her mother issues an ultimatum: Penelope will marry otherwise she will have to act as her very difficult aunt’s companion. Frank Blackmore, a childhood friend of Penelope’s and Rollo’s, proposed to Penelope and she accepted. She likes Frank, he’s a good friend, but she doesn’t love him, but he’s the lesser of two evils.

THE TWELVE NIGHTS OF CHRISTMAS is Nina Mason at her most romantic. Ms. Mason’s writing is superb, as usual; her beautiful descriptions and well-researched period details add to the authenticity of the story, and provide an enchanting Regency Christmas ambience. Penelope is honourable, almost too honourable for her own good, and Rollo has to work hard to convince her to give him a chance. This is a good-length novella, and shows yet another facet of Nina Mason’s considerable talent.

THE ROGUE’S SEDUCTION by Lauren Smith

On a cold winter night, Perdita Darby hired a coach and went to see the only man who could help her: Vaughn, Viscount Darlington, the Devil of London! Perdita is being blackmailed and will do just about anything to get out of a marriage proposal from the revolting Samuel Melburn. Vaughn and Perdita come to an agreement that will be beneficial to both of them, what they hadn’t counted on was how it all turned out…

Vaughn is a seductive rogue, a scoundrel, and a bit of a snob who deserves his nickname up to a point; what a character he is, charismatic and rather irresistible. Perdita is no slouch either and they make quite an intriguing couple, and a surprisingly well-matched one; appearances can be deceptive indeed. The secondary characters are quite interesting and Perdita’s parents surprised me! THE ROGUE’S SEDUCTION is beautifully written, there are lovely Christmas details, and the dialogues are excellent. I could have done without the “threat” of BDSM that was always looming in the background; I felt the story didn’t need that and would have been even better, in my opinion, without it. Still, it was excellent!

Taming a Christmas Wallflower by Tammy Andresen

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋

*I received a copy from the authors in exchange for my honest review.

I loved that this started with a bet and quickly turned to love! It’s a quick read, but everything moves along smoothly and doesn’t seem rushed. They were perfectly matched for each other and it was love at first sight.

Amelia is an extremely smart bluestocking and wallflower. I loved her right away because she didn’t hide the fact that she was so smart and she thought about stuff first. She followed her heart.

Will is quick to realize there is more to her than he thought. I also loved him right away because he understood her and admired her for being her. He didn’t hide his feelings at all from anyone.

An Improper Christmas by Amy Rose Bennett

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋💋

I really loved this one! Fate brought them together and they were going to follow their hearts. I loved how they were instantly drawn to each other and understood each other perfectly. I got worried at the ball, but it was perfect and the ending was great.

Lily is not a woman that will stand by and get used to anything her fiance does. I loved her because she was not going to be told what to do and that she took control of her life. She was amazing.

Joshua has a reputation when it comes to women, but his heart wants something else now. I loved him right away because his was still a gentleman and didn’t hide his thoughts and feelings.

The Duke and I by Heather Boyd

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋

Different from most romances, but an amazing story. I loved that they were a more mature couple so there was a different vibe from both of them. I had fun trying to figure out who was putting up the mistletoe. His daughters were totally different from each other in how they expected him to be. The proposal scene is one of my favorites.

Gillian has no plans to ever be married again and doesn’t sense whats between her and the Duke. I loved her because she wasn’t one to be shocked by things and she went into things not expecting more. She was amazing at speaking her mind to everyone.

Nicholas avoided women at all cost except for Gillian and didn’t realize why he at first. I loved him because he quickly realized what was between them and didn’t care what he children or people thought. He was an amazing father no matter what his kids said or did.

Secluded with My Hellion by Dawn Brower

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋

I wish this one was longer because I wanted to know more about them. I loved that there had always been a connection between them. This was a couple that as soon there was nothing to stop them their passions exploded. I really wanted to know more about his family curse and her family.

Odessa was stubborn, always had a plan, and would fight for what she loved. I loved her right away because she decided to take matters into her own hands and make him talk. She wasn’t going to hide away.

Gavin had loved her for years, but his family curse keeps him away from her. When you hear about what happened with his mother you understand him more. I loved him because he couldn’t hide from her.

Her Perfect Rogue by Amanda Mariel

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋

This one will hook you from the start because it shocking what happens to her. I loved how different this one was with him helping her and his family accepting her the way they did. The ending sealed it for me!

Julia was strong and was not going to stay in that brothel. I loved her right away when she ran and that learned everything so fast. She never imagined how her life would change.

Charles is nothing like you would expect a Duke to be. I loved that he was so open and friendly right away. I also loved how he and his sister were with each other and what he decided to do right after meeting Julia.

The Twelve Nights of Christmas by Nina Mason

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋💋

This one is a bit longer and will keep you on the edge of your seat at times. I loved that I couldn’t figure out exactly how things would work out. I did not see the twist of who had been helping keep them apart or that her fiance would show up when he did. I didn’t like her parents until the end. The ending was great.

Penelope was torn between her parent’s wishes and the man she loves. I loved how it was also a journey of her getting the courage to follow her heart and do what she wanted. I cheered when she really thought about everything and made her choice.

Rollo meant it when he made that promise years ago. I loved him right away because he wasn’t going to let his family’s past stand in his way. He never gave up on love beating all and was determined to prove it to her.

Bedded Under a Christmastide Moon by Christina McKnight

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋

An emotional rollercoaster with this one. My heart ached for both of them because they loved each other, but neither knew it and they kept saying the wrong things. I loved everything in this one from the tension leaping off the pages to the title really fitting the story. I loved that they had known each other for years.

Mellie really had her life torn apart in many ways. I loved her right away because of how she handled everything that happened and that she was not going to back down. My heart ached for her when she tried to talk to him and it came out wrong.

Brigham saved Mellie and her mother only to spend all his time away. I loved him right away because it was clear he loved her and wanted her, but was afraid. He made my heart ache when he told her everything.

The Rogue’s Seduction by Lauren Smith

My Rating: ❤❤❤❤❤

Spice Level: 💋💋💋

Another one that had me on the edge of my seat! They were perfectly matched from the start and didn’t know it. I loved that as soon as he heard who she needed to keep away that he jumped to help. The second library scene had me holding my breath because Milburn was terrifying. I loved her parents because they added a laugh to everything.

Perdita is not afraid of anything and doesn’t back down. I loved her as soon as she knocked on his door and even more when she told Milburn he didn’t scare her. She is a favorite heroine of mine.

Vaughn doesn’t think he can love and his nickname really doesn’t fit once you know him. I loved him once he said what he wanted in exchange for helping her because it showed the real him. Add him to the book boyfriend list.

This whole collection is amazing!

Taming a Christmas Wallflower by Tammy Andresen
1.5 stars

- In chapter 3, I find this conversation about Ethel very pitiful.
Will: "If you get an opportunity, please warn her to stay away from my friend, Mr. Wayne.”
Amelia: “Why?”
Will: “As charming as he seems, he rarely gives his attention to any woman for very long.”
Amelia: “Thank you for looking out for her. But truly, even if he breaks her heart, tis better than never having had any romance at all.”

Simply due to the fact that even if Ethel might marry, because of her father’s title and her considerable dowry, but it would be a match made behind a desk and not in the ballroom??

Gosh! Amelia made Ethel look like a scavenger/trash collector; settling for crumbs thrown at her way.

A woman with pride (high self-worth) will not compromise for less!

Apparently these two ladies (or probably just Amelia) have low self-esteem.

Heck! I'd rather be single than have someone step on me.

- How did Amelia know that both Will and Michael only need one kiss to win the bet? Winnie didn't mention anything. How did Will have the knowledge that it was Winnie who shared the information to Amelia? It wasn't spoken about.

- What happened to Michael and Ethel? Their epilogue wasn't included.

- Lastly, I don't find it hot

Hot! But not too hot for my taste. Was Jessica, the Duke's daughter, really seven and ten? Because the she way talked and acted, she seems like a tween.

Secluded with My Hellion by Dawn Brower

It was sappy in a negative way.

The Twelve Nights of Christmas by Nina Mason
o star

I'll rate this negative stars if I can. I stopped reading before the half of chapter 9. I couldn't stomach it anymore even if there were only 15 pages left.

1. It was wordy and too dragging. The conversation (no matter where they were, what was the event and time) between Penelope and Rollo keeps on going back to her parents. On how scared she was becoming estranged from them. Plus, some descriptions were lengthy that I wanted to shout, "Dispose them and proceed to the main point!" Additionally, some extra scenes were not necessary.

2. I really dislike cheating stories even if the engaged and the third party were truly in love. It is not an excuse. The betrothed should at least have the decency to call off the engagement.

3. It doesn't matter that Penelope was only bespoken, and cheating on one’s fiancé might not be as grave in the Lord’s eyes as cheating on one’s husband. Cheating is still cheating no matter what your level of relationship is!

4. For an eight and twenty year old woman, Penelope was like a minor still in the schoolroom letting her parents dictate her life. She had already reached her majority and clearly on the shelf. During the Regency period, when a woman have reached 25, she can live however she likes; she doesn't need her parents' permission.

5. Lastly, for someone who was near her 30s, Penelope sure was spineless; letting her fear of getting ostracized from her parents and society rule her life.

Were Brigham and, particularly, Mellie nymphomaniacs? They get aroused by just looking at each other (even if the other wasn't looking) and by touch in spite of having layers of clothes on.

Brigham was so melodramatic that I wonder if he was really a man.

Mellie was very easy. A few confession and a gift and she was ready to lie down and give herself to her husband.

Hot Winter Nights: A Racy Regency Christmas Collection is just the book to warm your cool nights. With eight novellas, this book is packed with sexy historical romance that kept me up into the wee hours of the morning reading. None of these novellas disappointed me. The men were compassionate rogues that got my heart pounding. They loved deeply and took pleasure in women who were strong. Although this is a time period where women didn’t have a lot of rights, the women in Hot Winter Nights fiercely followed their hearts and their own minds. All of the stories are set at Christmas time, making them even more romantic. The novellas are a perfect mix of sweet and steamy. I definitely recommend getting your hands on a copy to heat up the cold night.

Hours of heartwarming stories

A good collection of holiday Regency stories. Some are excellent and will stay with you, especially the poignant ones. A couple are in need of editing as there were typos, but overall I enjoyed reading them all.

A great selection of 8 'racy regency' novels by some of my favourite authors as well as some from new ones whom I will be happy to follow.
It is rare that one can really enjoy every book in a boxset of this size but this one hit the spot and I can happily recommend it.

Having read all the books listed, some from this link, while others in the list I read from their own link, I chose to do my reviews and ratings on their individual books here on goodreads.com. If they had an individual listing, you'll find my reviews there. Some were good...others not so good.

What great value for the money! I loved every single novella in this book. All were different little bit predictable endings but that is what you want for Christmas stories. Great Christmas read.

8 Incredible Novellas

This collection of regency era romances was simply delightful. Many of the authors were new to me and I can't wait to read more of their stories.

There are a couple of winners in this anthology, but they are early and I put this book down after skipping through three with ridiculous plots and poor writing.
