Short and has useful common sense advice. For a first date guide, it has some hints and helpful ideas, but mainly has a tone of “everything is and will be alright regardless of how things go.”

Takeaway: first dates can be nerve-wracking, but remember to breathe because everything is and will be alright.

*Note:
Not sure how prevalent, but the copy I read had a printing issue where the last portion of the book (from page 33) was printed backwards. Adjacent page 32 was the last index page, and to read the rest of the book in page-order, I had to flip to the back and read pages in reverse from right to left (rather than the usual left to right).
