Good book for teachers in a school classroom. For me the first 5 chapters were a good review. I am going to read those again. I work mainly with speech, so that is my focus when I read. I don't use worksheets and such so ours is all active learning. There is something here for everyone though no matter what style or focus you have.
Good introduction to teaching English to young learners with lots of practical suggestions embedded into the theory. Lots of suggestions for further reading too.
