This abridged version spoiled me, made me feel melancholic. It just gets better and better with the fantastic artwork of graphics and tempting dialogues. At last, a teary eye evolves. I cannot resist reading the entire volume now!
Interesting adaptation, largely focuses on the story of Valjean. I liked the way it covered the beginning of Valjean's story. Of course when it came to the second half of the book when there are more characters, it sped through things pretty quickly.
Actually a pretty good introduction to a story that I should have read long ago, but didn't. Now at least I know the story, and the telling was pretty good for a heavily abridged version.
