This has been sitting on my hubby’s end table since he received it as a Christmas gift. I knew he loved it but I hadn’t cracked the cover.

I am so glad I picked it up. It is a brilliant volume about cooking with fire. It covers a wide gamut of meats and seafoods but I was most intrigued by the preparation of veggies. The author offers many creative ways to make a simple yet uniquely delicious dish.

In our house, Keith will be the one cooking with fire, but I will suggesting recipes from this book.
