This book was funny. I am glad Uncle Frankie found a wife, and Jamie is their adopted son even though Jamie is Uncle Frankie’s nephew. Jamie and Gilda are boyfriend and girlfriend. I recommend this book if you have read the previous five. I hope there are more books to the series in the future.
Reread: I am glad Uncle Frankie found a wife, and He adopted Jamie even though they are uncle and nephew. I am glad Gilda and Jamie are daring. This book was good. It was my least favorite in the series. I am glad the series is over.

The sixth book in James Patterson & Chris Grabenstein's hilarious, sometimes poignant, ultimately upbeat series starring a kid comedian named Jamie Grimm. Illustrations by Jomike Tejido add to the fun.
This one was pretty good. It was nice to see kids from all around the world, but it just didn't wow me. I thought it was kind of unrealistic how the comedians were told to be mean to each other, because I. don't usually see that on comedy contests in real life. It was cool that they incorporated many new characters.
The book, The Nerdiest, Wimpiest, Dorkiest I Funny Ever, or the 6th series to I Funny, is about a kid comedian named Jamie Grimm. The book series is by James Patterson. All of the books, in a nutshell, are about Jamie Grimm, who is a somewhat normal kid who survived a car accident when he was little. Since his family died during the accident, he had to live with his Aunt and Uncle. Although, when Jamie´s uncle, Uncle Frankie, tells him that there is a kid comic comedy competition, Grimm is all for it. After, the kid comedian tries to make it to the top, giving the readers a step into his own life. Talking about the whole series, I loved it. I liked the ups and downs that Jamie Grimm had to go through as the series went along, even from school and his many competitions. At times, I didn't even know the kid comic was going to win, or move on. There were a lot of close battles between Jamie Grimm and other kid comics, or comedians. Specifically, the latest book in the series I read was one of my favorites. I liked how in the latest book there was a lot more pressure on Jamie. His many pressures were school, his new hit TV show, and even a new international competition. I felt this way because I like pressure in books and tight races, or a well said and solid storyline. People who may enjoy this series are kids in middle school, typically in grades 6 to 7. I would recommend this series to kids in this age group because some of the jokes and the type of conflict may not be understood or directed in the right way for kids below 6th grade. The author could possibly recommend this series to kids in 8th grade because the book is based on characters in 8th grade. For me, the book in the series that I am writing about served as a window. The reason for this is that I thought that Jamie Grimm was seeing a window into the real world, where not everybody thought he was funny. Specifically, Grimm experienced the opinions of judges and other people, who criticized his work for once. I would give this book 4.5 out of 5 stars.
I wasn't expecting there to be another book, but huzzah, we were blessed with another one anyway!
It was good as usual. I didn't laugh as much I wish I could, mostly because there more cripple and blind puns than I cared for. BUT all the characters were great, even the ones who you weren't supposed to like.
I don't know if I like the romantic note it ended on, maybe because I wanted it to focus more on the humor than the romance. It was okay though. We all know Jamie and Gilda are gonna get married in some future crossover anyway.
SPEAKING of crossover, I loved seeing Jacky Hart in the book, especially since I read Jacky Ha Ha not too much earlier. I always like to see Rafe, Jamie, and Jacky crossover into other books outside of their series. It's like canon fanfiction and I love it.
This book is about a boy who is hosting a worlds funniest show because he won it last year. he is in a wheel cheer because him and is mun and dad got into a bad car crash, he was the olny one tht sirved he now lives with a family called the siles but they dont smile . in the middle of the story his uncle and aunty were go9ng to get married and they made a dission to adopt jamie. my favourit part of the story is when his aucle and aunty adopt him because he ahd to live in a garage when he lived with the simlies but he missed liveing in a garage so they let him move into the garage. my favourit charachter is jamie beacause he as such a hard life with getting bullied because he cant alk but he make the most fo what he can do like be funny. a lesson i have learned for this book is no matter how you look or what you cant do you can always have a teient tha you are good at
This is the final installment of the I Funny books. This time there's a kid comedian competition that is global, so we get introduced to comedians from all around the world. If you listened to the audio book version, like I did, the narrator does a credible job at most of the accents, his Australian accent is spot on. There are more jokes in this than all the previous I funny books, and there's struggles, dilemmas and choices that Jamie Grimm faces. The series started out a little slow, but the last 2 books are very, very good as it feels like Patterson hit his stride and then the comedy gold and social commentary amp up to levels that draw the reader in. This book is a fitting conclusion to the series, and at the end, I was very satisfied.
Jamie Grimm gets a big surprise when the producer of his hit TV show, I Funny, informs him that the Planet’s Funniest Kid Contest is going global. Though Jamie is worried about losing his title, he soon embraces the idea of expanding his audience and making new friends. Will the reigning champion retain his title as the planet’s funniest kid, or will he be forced to surrender his crown? Read this fun and exciting book to find out!
James Patterson is a amazing writer I have read a lot of different stories. I see that he writes funny books I read these books when I need a good laugh. The book The Nerdiest, Wimpiest, Dorkiest IFunny Ever was a good book it wasn’t amazing but I was good I liked it. It was a little confusing because it just jumping everywhere from how he got here to the present I forgot what was going on. I liked when Jamie’s uncle said they were getting married and when he said that they would adopt Jamie. The whole setting of the adopt scene was good Jamie knew something was up and he saw threw the window the adopting for dunces. I also liked when we got to see different people from different places like Australia, Japan and many more and they all had their own jokes. My favorite part was at the end when Jamie said at the IFunny contest that Jokes are not supposed to be a contest it’s supposed to bring people together. I also loved when he gave everyone the chance to hold the trophy I thought that was amazing. I think if your in a bad mood or if your just having a bad day or something and you need to smile read this book, or if you just need a laugh read this book. I loved how the writer of this book made this into a motivational book and how there was a life lesson and that lesson was, not everything should be a contest. I think this book should be read by everyone this guy puts the fun in funny. The ending was my favorite part I love it when there's a big twist at the end I bet no one knew Jamie would share the trophy. I think when your in 5th or 6th grade this is the perfect book for you.

Okay but flat finale to the series. This book still has great elements but at this point this series began to get repetitive. I liked that they actually managed to wrap things up though. I also liked the flashback from Book 1 but the worst thing aside from the repetitiveness was the fact that almost none of the jokes in this book were funny. At this point the jokes were starting to fall very flat and I was reading for the characters not the jokes.
I enjoyed the main character's wisecracks as well as the way he presented himself as a disabled person who didn't want to capitalize on sympathy but used his unique situation to help bridge gaps with other people. I liked the message in this book for middle graders - to stay true to ourselves even when pressured and even when it seems like being something else might give better results.
Jamie Grimm’s TV show is a hit and his personal life is looking up when his uncle and his new bride decide to adopt Jamie. But before that can happen Jamie has to defend his title for funniest kid on the planet. Across the globe Jamie makes new friends and learns the truth - that win or lose comedy should unite us not divide us.
I think the book is great with it having lots of words suitable for kids. The story is also good for the jokes put into it. I think its a nice book with all of the funny jokes and scenes. And lastly, I think it has nice lessons about kindness and friendship.
I've spent nearly a year reading this series with my now ten-year-old, and I'll happily admit we were both really sad that it's all over. Sure, the humor was very obvious, and we didn't actually laugh all that much, but these books had so much heart. Jamie Grimm will be a name we remember forever.
If this is the last book in the series, it is the cherry on the top! Loads of jokes, interesting character and a strong message of being true to ourselves. Loved it!
It was very funny. I liked that there was competition for funniest kid in the story. I liked the end of the book for the suspense about the competition.
