It is my privilege to personally know Devon and to call him friend. This book -- one of the greatest things he's done since fathering three remarkable children -- is marvelous and I highly recommend it. Devon has truly written himself between these pages and vulnerably shared his honest experiences as a father, a son, a partner, a business owner and as a coach. My admiration and respect for the work he's doing and the purpose he's sharing with fathers and men have increased exponentially. His message is a shift in consciousness around the way we each (regardless of gender) show up to parent our own children and the way in which we first show up for ourselves. Reading this book is easy. Going through the suggested exercises asks more. Combine them and you've got Devon's decades of experience and understanding supporting your shift in consciousness and you'll be the better human because of it.

Devin's inspirational approach to fatherhood flows over from his podcast into this book. If you've ever played sports, and remember a coach who was able to get more out of you than you thought possible simply by his motivational speaking ability then you know Devin Bandison. In his book, he lets us in on his own personal journey through fatherhood and gives us actionable advice on how we can grow as fathers and leaders.
