Classical approach without the modern ‘Esther Perel’ insights on ‘desire’. Very little about psychological aspects of sexuality in long term relationships. Exercises are classical stroking/touching of non-heb/genital and without/with feedback loops. Didn’t inspire me too much.

Super handig boekje, alles simpel en concreet uitgelegd, met veel voorbeelden uit de praktijk.
