I found the tips in this book really helpful, and I liked how it was easy to read and that there were parts which were funny. It's quite an old book now, so some of the issues that are important today (the internet, etc.) aren't dealt with, but I think it's still very useful. Although it's aimed at teenage girls, the information is relevant for anyone who has this problem. It's definitely helped me with some problems I've had.
