If you are a casual stargazer and your primary way to observe the sky (other than your naked eyes) is a pair of binoculars, this is your book. After a short introduction, this guide presents a number of targets. Some of them are easy, others are quite challenging. Depending on the weather, it may take a while (two years or more) till you see them all. Very useful, it helps you select the right binoculars too. This book is not suitable for observers based on the Southern Hemisphere.

It's amazing what you can see in the night sky with binoculars - galaxies, nebula, a supernova remnant, etc. This book describes 109 of them and how to find them. I like how it is organized by season.

Terrific ideas of objects to look for in the night sky - will definitely use it in the future to find fun things to learn about and view!

Fantastic and interesting reference for those with binoculars interested in exploring the heavens but unsure from where to start. Readable and very easy to use and understand, even for the beginners.
