Excellent book for administrators and instructional coaches. I don’t necessarily supervise coaches or engage in exactly the type of work outlined in this book; however, I still found it valuable and learned some tools that I can apply to my work.

I am starting a book club immediately

This book is a must-read for schools trying to figure how to support their teachers and divide up responsibilities among various support roles!
