Today’s Running doesn't Compensate for the Junk Food You Ate Yesterday

The thing about going out for a run because yesterday we got sick of eating bad doesn't work the whole way. It is normal that there is a sense of guilt for spending with junk food, but going out for a while will not compensate for the whole binge of fast-food.

To begin with is the theme of calories. Although we know that a calorie is not exactly a calorie, a menu of junk food usually reaches 1000 kcal. We would have to run for an hour at a rate of 5 min/km to burn those calories.
