If you ever thought of getting a morning routine going then this is a great book to help you start. It not only directs you to a morning routine that is tailored to your situation but also details the obstacles that can get in your way. I felt that there were a couple of sections near the end that deviated from the main morning routine message, but overall, I got a lot out of it and am determined to revise and actually commit to a morning routine for the new year. Recommended for energetic goal setters right through to those who repeated press the snooze button.
,Although it is not a long book, it is packed with has moments. It breaks creating a morning ritual and walks you through each one. The free workbook download further helps you figure it out. I am excited to get at the workbook now that I see the importance of gratitude, affirmations focus, attraction, goals positivity, life purpose and overcoming limiting beliefs. 🐝✌
This was a good book, I think the contents of the book are good but I have seen similar ideas before. But what really like is that he wants you writing stuff down. He gives you workbook, email, and videos, and he wants you to reach out to him. It seemed like he really wants me succeed, which I really liked.
Clearly written and we'll edited... If you desire to get each day off to a good start, but lack motivation... Or have tried and failed in the past, then this book may have the practical principles you need to apply to create a successful and beneficial morning ritual.
I am one who is good at waking up early, but at times the morning is directionless. Using the ideas from this book, I can see how creating a morning routine will greatly help me become even more productive. A must read!
