Protecting the Movie Star

Rate this book
Protecting the Movie Star was originally published as Home Bound. It has since been expanded, revised, and re-edited.

The story of my life isn't pretty. I come from the wrong side of the tracks. I've been a criminal. I've been homeless. I almost killed my father, and I might be responsible for the death of my best friend.
I should not be wanting Evangeline.

Her life story is the stuff of dreams. She's America's sweetheart - beautiful, talented, and famous - and she doesn't want anything to do with me. I'll protect her from a stalker since it's my job, but that's all I'm allowed. No touching, no lusting, no falling in love. I'm all wrong for her, and she's completely off-limits.

But I've never been good about following the rules.

Favorite Quotes:

My life had been nothing but a never-ending list of s* I didn’t want to do. Granted, I ended up doing most of them, but this? This was avoidable.

It was a one-time thing. Okay, technically, it was a three-time thing, but that was it. No more… Okay, so it was going to be a four-time thing. And I was completely okay with it.

We’ve traveled a long road together— not all of it was good— but I know that I am a better man for just knowing all of you.

My Review:

Protecting The Movie Star was the final book in the Protector series and tied up the last and most prickly member of the Protectors team. Cole was a cranky asshat with a chip on his shoulder. Evangeline was his movie star client, who found him to be surly and “vulgar,” while he had resented her before they had even met due to assuming she had led an easy life of indulgence and privilege.

The storyline was rife with conflict and tension as the two protagonists needled and riled each other; which alternated with breath-stealing sensual scenes, oh my, Cole did seem to have some redeeming qualities. But the beauty had a stalker, one that was increasingly frustrating to Cole, as he couldn’t seem to nail down the access. Poor Evangeline, I thought Cole was going to require medical assistance to have his cranium removed from his colon as it seemed to be really wedged up there… The resolution seemed rather rushed yet was ultimately satisfying, and the Epilogue brought back all the previous characters to tie up the series with a nice glossy bow.

Protecting the Movie Star (The Protectors) by Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams
If experience makes the man, Cole is a force to be reckoned with.  From an early age he's fought battles that no person should have to face and done acts that have left him in despair.  Criminal, fighter and best friend are monikers he can't escape, but the one title that changes the man from fighter to warrior is protector.  He wears that title like a badge of honor and will let nothing stop him from shielding the woman he loves.  Not even guilt. Protecting the Movie Star is darker and bolder than the previous three novels in the Protectors series. Not only does Cole and Evangeline tempt readers with their page turner romance, but authors Chase and Adams close out the series by tying up loose ends. An emotional tale of redemption, faith and hope that inspires the heart and heals the soul.

I think Protecting the movie star was the best book in their series.

Cole is a brooding male who has a chip on his shoulder. Despite his prickly nature he's the best man to look after and protect Evengeline.

I loved the dynamic between the couple. They started out despising each other quickly lead to more.

I enjoyed that the drama was kept to a minimum but it was enough to keep the story interesting.

I received an ARC for a honest review

Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

NOTE: PROTECTING THE MOVIE STARS is the re-release of the previously titled 2014 release Home Bound.

Protecting the Movie Star was a fun read. I was really curious to see who Cole would fall for and how he would be once he opened up a bit. He has always been a bit of a mystery, a bit...too serious. He hasn't had the best past and he hasn't been able to figure out how to get over things that have happened in his life.

Cole is friends with the other guys in the security company, but he feels like other people feel he is not as good as they are. Like everyone is judging him for who he was and his previous circumstances. Like he is not good enough for good people. He has always felt this way and still lashes out at times over things he perceives as insults that really aren't there. He has a bit of a complex about it. And I get it, but it also makes things harder for himself by clinging to this life isn't fair, everyone thinks less of me idea he has.

Cole really doesn't like rich and famous people. They have to all be spoiled brats who look down on everyone beneath them. He would definitely be beneath them so he lashes out with the anger before they can look down on him. Only his job is to now protect a movie star who is being stalked. He wants nothing to do with it, nothing to do with her, but no one else has the time to do it so it is up to him. So he resigns himself to doing the job and getting out of there. He is not there to be mister nice guy fall all over the star, he is there to keep her safe and that is it.

Evangeline may have grown up with a silver spoon, but she is not all posh judgy rich girl. She is genuinely nice to everyone and people love her. Except for her stalker. She thought she had enough security, but things keep getting by them and she doesn't know what to do. So she calls up her friend Sebastian since he started a security company and could help. And he sends Cole. Cole who she is drawn to until he opens his mouth and is not very nice. She doesn't know what his problem is, but obviously he is a grumpy, angry guy. Or he just really hates her for some reason.

These two were a lot of fun to read. They definitely don't start off on the right foot and even when they start to like each other it isn't easy. Cole gets in his own way all the time thinking things that aren't true just because he has his complex. The back and forth, the mean guy and nice guy, I loved it all. This might be my favorite out of the series. I mean how can I pass up a grumpy guy who becomes so sweet by the end? I can't.

I received a ARC of Protecting The Movie Star - Book 4 of The Protectors Series by Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams. In my opinion this was the best book out of the four! Cole is from the wrong part of town , his Father was the town drunk and used Cole as a punching bag. He finally felt live he had a family and "brothers" in Garvin, Levin, Declan and Sebbastian. When their firm is hired to protect Evangeline "Eve" who is being stalked he is not happy, calling her a Disney Princess. Evangeline doesn't like Cole, she thinks he is rude and vulgar. Cole is frustrated because nothing his adding up and he can't get a handle on who is stalking her. I will be honest, I did not guess who it was. I thought it was someone completely different. This one was hotter, steamer. had more element of danger. I was glad that we found out at the end what cause Garvin death. I haven't read alot of books that are written by two authors. But, I am always happy to read anything written by the team of Chase & Adams.

PROTECTING THE MOVIE STAR:Book 4
The book takes off with Cole not wanting to take the job of watching some princess. He's only doing it because he's the only who can. The other guys are busy.

Thrilling, lots of excitement, much more..You won't see it coming. Cole is protecting Evangeline a friend of Sebastian who's receiving threats....so he can't let him down.

Cole and Evangeline are at each other's throats to put it mildly. He's had a hard life. She's been given everything to her.
The more and more time they spend together things start to escalate. The Threats are getting out of hand.

But the chemistry between them are so off the charts. Neither really want to admit it, or follow through with it. A line he should not even think about crossing. But he opens up
to her something he's never really done.

See what happens. It's emotional and touching between Cole and Evangeline.

Protecting The Movie Star is Book 4 in the Protector Series. I think this series gets better with each book.

Cole had a rough upbringing and doesn't feel he measures up to the rest of the security team. He's actually a bit of a butt about it.

Cole has little use for rich and famous people. He think they are all spoiled. So when he is assigned to protect Evengeline he is not happy and he let her know right from the start how little he thinks of her. Which is totally unfair as she is one of the nicest people out there.

They go from despising each other to saving each other. I love the dynamics of these two as a couple.

I knew Cole would be a hard egg to crack. He's the cynical one out of the group and when he's assigned to protect a movie star, he becomes a total ass. But there is an underlying softness when it comes to him and Evangelina. And these two souls have a lot more in common than he thinks.

I loved this Beauty and the Beast - an enemy to lovers story. This whole series is amazing and I went between the audiobooks and ready... because I was just a little impatient when it came to wanting to know what was next. Read the series! They are all pretty short and sweet stories with sexy alphas and the women who take them down.

Protecting the Movie Star is the final book in the Protectors series by Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams. The “protectors” are thriving in their security company business but still live under the cloud of the death of their friend and fellow Marine, Gavin. Three of the band of Marine brothers have found their HEA which makes Cole feel like the odd man out. He grew up on the wrong side of the tracks and has a chip on his shoulder a big as a boulder.

Since all the other guys are tied up with cases or with their wives, Cole is stuck with a case which involves guarding an actress who has been receiving threats. The last thing he wants to do is to protect a privileged rich young starlet but he has no choice. He “sucks it up” begrudgingly and takes on the job. He finds that her so called security force is very lax and very unprofessional so he decides to make some changes.

Evangeline is a childhood friend of Sebastian (one of the 4 Marine buddies) and he wants to be sure this job is done right. He knows Cole is the right man for the job even though Cole does not want to admit it. His gruff, no holds barred attitude will get the job done and done well.

Cole and Evangeline lock horns from the first day… he sees her as a princess and she is put off by his gruff and surly attitude. In spite of their differences, there is a chemistry between them which they try to ignore but as the threats to her well-being increase, so does the heat between them. I enjoyed “watching” the relationship develop between Cole and Evangeline as I have always had a soft spot for the underdog.

The story actually has two climaxes… one when the source of the threat is revealed and the second when the report regarding Gavin’s death is published and the real reason behind his death is made known. This is a well-written book and the suspense was well handled. Each of these books can be read as a stand-alone but I would recommend reading them in order as they build on each other.

Note: I was gifted an ARC of this book and offer here my honest opinion.

Protecting the Movie Star (The Protectors book 4) by Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams

Wow. Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams can really write a story and together they are a force to be reckoned with. I just really enjoy reading any book the two of these women work on together. You get one story by two amazing authors that equals a great and amazing read. I just really think they are the best writing team. You can clearly see why their books are amazing when you read one.

In Protecting the Movie Star we get Cole's story and the final book in the series. Let me tell you this was an amazing book. We get to really know Cole. Cole has not had an easy life or easy upbringing. To say he has endured the most out of all the guys would be putting things mildly. Cole has no family ties. Cole was once a criminal and lived on the street. He also blamed himself more than the others for Gavin's death. To say Cole had a lot of baggage is putting it mildly. We also get to meet Evangeline. Evangeline is a famous actress in need of protecting. when they get together their chemistry is off the charts. Evangeline and Cole's journey is one written in the stars.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Protecting the Movie Star was different from their other stories because it had a darker and much more bold writing style that I really enjoyed. I also enjoyed how all the story lines were definitely wrapped up by the end of this book. This book really touched the heart. I laughed and my heart swooned and my heart sympathized with the character Cole. I loved reading his story. I loved how in the beginning he and Evangeline rubbed each other the wrong way. I loved watching their story unfold and seeing them come together was amazing. This was a great ending to the series.

Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams often team up and write books together and never have the disappointed me. I loved this entire series. They definitely make a great powerhouse. I can not wait to see what they have in store for us next. I highly recommend this book and series. This is a two thumbs up and five star rating. Way to go Ladies.

Cole has a complicated past which has made the demons he fights vicious. He came from the wrong side of the tracks, been homeless, a criminal, and is convinced that he may be responsible for the death of his best friend, Gavin. Now he's home with his Marine brothers, and it's getting old watching them fall in love, one by one. He's part of the security company they started, which has him now protecting a beautiful movie star named Evangeline. Although he feels a spark, she's completely off limits, not to mention she wants nothing to do with him, so he will just do his job, and protect her from a stalker. Sounds good in theory right? Protecting the Movie Star was the last book in The Protectors series, and the story of the man with the biggest chip on his shoulder, Cole. His attitude made for some serious conflict between him, and Evangeline. She was a great character, and definitely held her own against the prickly man, however I wanted to choke him a time or two for his douchiness. But together, their sparks flew out of my kindle, which made for a hot screen. Once again, this uber talented author duo hit another one out of the park! The twists & turns were craziest in this book, that the f-bombs dropping everywhere were loud and proud. I'm so very addicted that I'm saddened by the ending of such a great series full of colorful Marines, with their exciting women! The good news is, the Epilogue wrapped all of their lives up fantastically, however, I wouldn't be against some more books about them with their families, (hint hint)! Well anyway, I'll end with simply saying that I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book, The Protectors Series, and the amazing writing duo of Samantha Chase & Noelle Adams to ALL!

I LOVE THIS SERIES!!! This author combination of Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams….WOW!!! I have yet to read any book by either of these two that I have not loved, but put them together, PHENOMENAL!!!
Protecting the Movie Star is the fourth and final book in this series. The original title was Home Bound, but has also gone through some revision and re-released.
Cole was “born on the wrong side of the tracks”, and anyone from the other side is suspect, and movie stars, like Evangeline, not worth his time, but he still needs to protect her. Evangeline is currently filming a movie in Baltimore, and she is being stalked, and she is scared. Cole has been assigned to protect her while she is in Baltimore during filming. Each day watching her during filming, Cole is becoming more and more impressed by Eva.
Eva likes what she sees in her bodyguard, over the weeks she starts to feel safe and start to fall for Cole. However, Cole does not feel he is good enough for her, knowing how and where she grew up. Eva is not going to let Cole get away, and is determined to make him stay.
We also find out why the heroes in this series left the military and what actually happen right before they left, and why they are feeling guilty.
Kudos, Noelle Adams and Samantha Chase on another Phenomenal book and series. Thank you for all of the reading enjoyment you give to your readers.
I was gifted with a copy of this wonderful book for my honest opinion. BUY EACH AND EVERY BOOK IN THIS SERIES YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Protecting the Movie Star by Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams is book four in the Protectors series, but can be read as a standalone. I’ve read the previous books and have enjoyed them, so I do recommend all four books. For those who are familiar with the series, this is Cole’s book and it’s a good one!

Cole’s next case is to protect a Hollywood actress and let’s just say, this isn’t a case he requested. The last thing he needs is to babysit some spoiled Hollywood diva, but he doesn’t really have a choice, especially when she has a stalker and he’s the only man left.

America’s sweetheart, Evangeline, is in Baltimore for an independent film. She wanted something different and this is it. Cole is definitely not like the men, Evangeline usually goes for and when these two first meet, it’s rough. Cole doesn’t want to be there and it’s showing. Heck, I wanted to slap the man for his rudeness!

There are reasons why Cole is the way he is. He’s had a hard life going up and losing Gavin, just made it worse. But maybe Evangeline will be the one to bring some light into his life…if her stalker doesn’t get to her first.

Protecting the Movie Star is an emotional story that deals with moving on from the past, living in the present, and brings hope for the future. Overall, an enjoyable read.

Protecting the Movie Star is the colorful and suspenseful story of Cole and Evangeline. There is so much to say about Cole. He had a tough upbringing (he lost his Mother at a young age and his Father was abusive) and he escaped by joining the military. That is where he met Levi, Sebastian, and Declan. He has never been different in their eyes but Cole has a chip on his shoulder. That chip puts a wall up between him and his friends and pretty much every person that had a better life than he did.

Enter Evangeline. She grew up with Sebastian and became a successful teen star. She has moved into adulthood and is staring in a movie that is a bit out of her comfort zone. To make matters worse…she has a stalker. So Cole is hired to oversee her security detail and keep her safe all while working to catch the stalker.

To say that Cole and Evangeline are complete opposites is an understatement. Cole makes a horrible first impression and he needles Evangeline at every chance he gets. As the stalker incidents escalate, Evangeline begins to feel safe with Cole and the two of them find themselves attracted to each other. There is drama, lust, passion, love, and a happy ending. Cole and Evangeline’s story is the perfect end to the Protector series!

I have been waiting for Cole's story and wondering how he would be able to get out of his own head and allow love in. This final story in the quartet is like the cherry on top. Cole has been dealt a tough hand from childhood and as he grew it got worse. When he turned to the Marines, he found the brothers he never had, but when they lose one of their own, he believes he is to blame and then when each of his 'brothers' fall to love, he finds himself getting angrier. He hates all things that Hollywood and the rich stand for, so when his assignment is to step in and find the stalker of a friend of Sebastian's, who also is a movie star, he is beyond furious and his anger is directed at Evangeline. Evangeline is terrified of the stalker, who seems to be getting closer and closer to her, but she isn't sure that Cole is the man for the job of protecting her. If you think that the sparks were hot in the other protector books, throw that out the window, because this is the best one! Love how Cole and Evangeline butt heads and even though at times she can't stand him, she knows Cole is the best man for the job and maybe, just maybe, the best man for her. Loved this series and they saved the best for last!

This has fast become my favorite of the four book series. There is just everything to love about the bad boy.

Cole doesn’t think he’s good enough for anyone in his life. He sees himself as a screw up and that what he touches, somehow gets ruined. When he’s assigned to protect a movie star, he is less than pleased having already judged who and what she is.

Evangeline is as far from Cole’s expectations of a movie star as possible. From their first meeting I’d hoped that he would see that but his eyes see what his head is telling them and not what is from of him.

Their road to an HEA is rocky from the start. I really loved how these two authors write. You could feel the attraction warring with the dissension between them. Evangeline really wants to dislike him because he isn’t very nice to her but she simply can’t help the attraction and it’s the same for Cole.

The background for both characters was very well done and gave me a real feel for knowing both of them, their feelings and especially with Cole why he reacts the way he does.

This was by far my favorite of the four books. When I turned that last page I was happy and yet sad that this was the last of the series. Awesome read, one that I will read over and over.

One word for Cole - Lost
He blames himself for the death of his best friend Gavin. He hides himself from his other three marine buddies, Levi, Sebastian and Declan. He doesn't like his new assignment which is to protect Evangeline, Sebastian's childhood friend from a stalker. On first meeting Evangeline finds him arrogant, rude and rough. They constantly bicker. Is it really a shield he's hiding behind. He feels guilty for Gavin's death and truly believes everyone will hate him when the truth comes about the inquest into Gavin's death.
Evangeline just wants to move on from her teen acting and prove to everyone and herself that she truly is talented. Due to a stalker who threatens her livelihood, Cole comes in to protect her.
Feeling scared she finds comfort in Cole, believing they can have a future together but Cole just thinks he's using her for her movie role and after some intense moments ends up pushing her away.
Can their love survive?
I was lucky to receive an ARC for this and the others in the series. I am a huge Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams fan. I can't tell you how much loved these books and so glad they ended up with their true soul mates.

My heart broke for Cole and his history. Hurt for him on how he never felt worthy, never felt good enough, never felt loved, cared for, or missed. Hurt for him that he felt guilty and that he was solely to blame for Gavin’s death. Learning about Cole’s history and his inner demons and struggles helped me understand him and his bitter, snarky view of everything. I could understand how his assignment of protecting Evangeline, the wealthy, life-was-handed-to-her-on-a-platter, superstar actress, would leave such a bitter taste in his mouth. But I tell you what, I absolutely loved how she didn’t back down to him. When he threw is attitude at her, she not only stood up to him, but called him out on it!

This was a little darker than the other books, due to it being Cole’s story, and it was fantastic! I loved the emotional pull on my heart. I loved Cole’s transformation. I loved his vulnerable side, his sexy, alpha, dominate bedroom side, his protective side…all of it!

This book wraps up the series and answers some questions surrounding Gavin’s death, helping to ease the hearts for our remaining four military brothers. I will miss this group of men and their loving partners.

THIS book you guys! This book had me so in the story. I was reading it at work and I kept talking out loud to the book. The people who sit near me kept asking me what I was talking about. I figured out who the stalker was and as they kept talking about suspects I was saying, "No, that not them! Come on guys!"

Now lets talk about Cole. He is so rough and stubborn, but there is so much more to him. He hasn't had the best life and he went into this assignment to protect an actress with a HUGE amount of prejudice.  I felt bad for Evangeline at first because he walked into her life with an attitude. I did have to laugh out loud when he was acting immature and messing up her name on purpose. I was happy that she stood up to him.

I was on the edge of my seat at times as the stalker got more involved in the story. I guess the one good thing that came from the stalker was that Cole and Evangeline had to spend time together and the more time they spent the more they talked and it helped Cole  with his prejudice.

This is a fantastic story and when it was over I was sad because the series was ending and I am going to miss these guys.

Cole is an ex-Marine and he is the last man standing as the other three men he served with who opened a security business have all found their “ones”. He has overcome his troubled childhood to make a success of his life however the memories of both that and his time serving still remain.

Evangeline was a teen music sensation but she has now turned her talents to acting. With her celebrity status she is garnering the kind of attention that brings danger as well.

As the other members of the team are tied up with personal issues Cole has been tasked with what he considers a babysitting assignment to a privileged star and he makes his attitude very clear to Evangeline. The one thing that he must not do is fall for her as that may affect his ability to protect her but as they spend time together they realize that there is much more to each other than they thought. Will Cole find the stalker before it is too late and will he be willing to open up to Evangeline about his past so that they may have a future?

I loved the chemistry and the banter between them and they were both strong and independent characters. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Look at my baby, Cole growing up and shedding that broody facade to fall for someone. All bets are off and I think he gladly would lose every time. Cole always had this defensive demeanor about him and it screamed "Stay Away from me!" and had a chip on his shoulder about those who were richer than him. He definitely did not want to find himself having to guard a movie star who was getting stalker threats. The actress he had to put up with was a friend of Sebastian. Cole did not like it AT ALL (...for now). He's had his share of women, but none infuriated him like Evangeline who he refused to get her name right. Poor Cole, because he was going to lose the one thing woman who pushed him to be better and let his walls down.

Evangeline is an actress who loves what she does and is doing a hit television show, but when Sebastian recommends his friend, Cole she can't stand him. Evie didn't realize how why Cole had a chip on his shoulder and didn't like her before he even started the job. But she knew she would deal with COle only because they were someone close to her that was stalking her. They fought all the time until all that hate turned into so much angst. I just wanted to scream a bit and push them together and they were so passionate and loving when they got together.

Final Thoughts: I loved the the reunion of my babies at the end *crying emoji*

Protecting the Movie Star is the fourth book in The Protectors series. It can be read as a standalone. Evangelina was an actress that had been in the business for years but just now started to get some serious threats from a stalker. Since she had known Sebastian since childhood, she called him and his company to help keep her safe. Cole was sent since he was the only one available.

Cole had always had the hard life, never got a fair chance and was always looked down on. So the first chance he got to escape, he joined the Marines, where he finally made friends and had a group of 'brothers' that had his back. But he still didn't feel worthy. Now this case made his insecurities even greater as he felt she would see him as beneath her. This case has gone on long enough. Will Cole be able to find the stalker in time or will the stalker keep escalating? This was an excellent story that I highly recommend!

Evangelina had been in show business since she was a twelve. She has see a lot and done a lot, but she had never had such a crazy stalker. Her security team hasn't been able to. Figure out who it is, or how the stalker keeps getting past them. Evangelina called her long time friend Sebastian and asked if he could help find and catch who ever was behind this.
Cole grew up on the wrong side of town, always was the bad boy and only survived because he broke a few laws. At the first chance he had to escape from his home he joined the Marines and tried to start a new life. He made some friends that were more like family than he ever had. But this case he took for Sebastian made him even more edge then normal as he knew Evangelina would be a diva and he wasn't in for pampering anyone's ego. This case has had gone on long enough. Will Cole be able to find the stalker in time or will, the stalker keep escalating?

Protecting the Movie Star was probably the best rewrite of the series. Cole had the task of protecting not only the movie star but the movie star was also good friends with his best friend. So as far as Cole was concerned Evangeline already had two strikes against her. To him, she was just another rich entitled princess. Cole had such a negative attitude and was convinced that he wasn't good enough for anyone because of his crumby background and upbringing. At times this got annoying to me but if you get beyond that you'll find a great opposite attracts story with an even better HEA. Cole finally realizes that Evangeline isn't looking for anything more than he is. The both need the affirmation of being worthy. I think that Cole and Evangeline's story was the best rewrite as far as the story. Cole's constant degrading himself got kind of tiresome but I still enjoyed the read.

Cole has always despised the rich and famous, Feeling they don't have to work hard for what they have. So when he gets assigned to protect Evangeline a beautiful movie star he is not happy. Evangeline is having some trouble with a stalker while trying to shoot a movie that could really help take her career to the next level, but once she gets a look at her new bodyguard she is not happy. I loved watching this story unfold. Different than the others in this series. I loved the mystery and the interaction between Cole and Evangeline, both very different from each other but also having something in common. One thing I noticed about this book and all the books in this series is that they all have a theme of being strong, overcoming obstacles, and moving forward. Overall I really enjoyed Protecting A Movie Star and the other books in the protectors series!!

This book is my favorite of the series. I loved Cole. Cole is protecting movie star Evangeline. Someone has been stalking her. Cole is from wrong side of tracks and he only shows people his harsh and brooding side. Cole does not let anyone get close to him. He thinks he is beneath her. Evangeline is actress who is trying to be taken seriously. Cole has a lot of respect for her acting ability and the fact she is keeping herself together. In the beginning they are like oil and water. Then when Evangeline hears Cole's story you feel them bonding. Evangeline feels safe and secure in Cole's arms. With Evangeline he starts to show his tender side. They both are alike in they are trying to shake the image everyone has of them. Cole and Evangeline had wonderful chemistry. They were my favorite couple of this series.
