copy received courtesy of Netgally for review This is a very short story. It actually has a backstory other than the Dom story line. Michael is a new actor trying to get his big break. Along comes a movie that will kick his career into orbit. However, it comes with a grabby leading lady that won't take no for an answer. In most cases this would not be an issue. However, Michael is in a committed relationship with Kelsey. Kelsey has trust issues so Michael has to walk a tight rope to keep her and his movie career. The story is good and the BDSM scenes are sexy but not over the top. Good mixture of story and erotic scenes.

Review from Jeannie Zelos book reviews
Genre: Erotica, Romance
My bad: I saw Hollywood, romance, erotica and BDSM and I love any/all of those so clicked without checking further. But its just 65 pages, yep, short story time, and for me they just don't work. Too much to compress in too short a space for me.
I liked Michael, seemed a responsible Dom, and Kelsey needs to trust him, but given her past that's hard. Its his job though, his career, and she can't (and doesn't of course) expect him to limit what he does to suit her confidence. She either trusts him or doesn't.
The press, all the things I love to hate in a story ;-) along with the wonderful, scheming, manipulative co-star. If this was a full length book I think I'd have really enjoyed it, but its so short there's not really time to go into any of the people or plots in any detail. Scarcely has a potential issue arisen than its over, done and dusted, and though that's great for many its not for me. I need books I can really lose myself in, plots I can really get my teeth into, emotion that pulls at me and makes me feel as if everything is real. Novellas, short stories just don't have the time to do that, and that's why I usually avoid them.
Like I said , my bad- it's not the book it's me.
Stars: Two, just too short for me though as full length I think I'd love it.

Michael is a short, sexy little story. Unfortunately it's too short, though, to allow the story to develop at a natural pace, thus the connection between Michael and Kelsey doesn't quite gel for me.
Michael is an up and coming actor who has secured an audition for a movie that take his career to the big time. He finds out, though, that the movie will require him to film some full on nude love scenes with a fake blonde bimbo of an actress, Samantha Collins, who's set on breaking Kelsey and Michael up because she wants him for herself. Can Michael and Kelsey's relationship make it through this movie? Can Kelsey not give into her insecurities, insecurities instilled in her by two previous cheating exes, who were also actors that fell for their leading ladies?
While I did like Michael and Kelsey, and their D/s relationship in the bedroom was hot, I didn't get much else between them. The requisite ILY's weren't exchanged until near the end, even though they had been in a relationship for a year, and their connection just didn't seem very strong to me. I think it was heading there, but because of the shortness of this story, it wasn't allowed to reach that strength required for me to really see their connection.
Michael had potential, and it's certainly sexy, but the short format didn't do it any favors. If it were ever expanded into a full length novel, I'd definitely read it, though.
I received an ARC through NetGalley for an honest review.
I received an Advance Reader Copy for Michael written by Marie Tuhart and voluntarily reviewed this book. Michael is an actor waiting for his an opportunity like this onscreen, and this big-budget period production may be just the ticket, but this role unfortunately pairs him with an actress who makes it quite obvious that she would like to sink her claws into him, publicly or privately.
Involved a year now with Michael, Kelsey's insecurities come roaring back into her head when she sees this actress' obvious interest in her boyfriend. After all, her last two boyfriends have cheated on her, and she couldn't go through that again with Michael. She fully supports Michael in his passions, both in private and onscreen. She loves the rules set by Michael as her Dom as well as exploring the kink in their relationship. But as his new PR obligations seem to take over more and more of their time and therefore relationship, the strain of trusting Michael may be too much for Kelsey to handle, especially when it seems as if he is keeping something from her.
Good, sexy read!. As in all relationships, it is always a learning experience, especially with one so new, and this couple had to find their way together to make it work.
This book is Sinfully Delicious!! Michael and Kelsey are in a relationship and have been dating and living together for a total of 1 year now. He is a Dom and introduced her to BDSM and she loves it, loves being his submissive and in fact loves him. But she is very insecure about her love life. Her 2 previous boyfriends, who were actors just like Michael is, dumped her for their leading ladies. Now a role for Michael has come available, one that could make his career, but the leading lady is being a manipulative "witch", and that's me being nice. During the audition process, she causes all sorts of trouble for Michael and Kelsey's relationship. This book is so hot with the spanking scenes and the other BDSM play between Michael and Kelsey, a loving relationship between the Dom and his Sub. OMG, the play he made her do at her office was so sexy. So to find out what happens and if they can finally connect amidst all of the problems, you need to read the book and find out for yourself. I really loved it and can't wait to read more of this series. I received an arc for an honest review and received nothing else as compensation.
I voluntarily reviewed this from an ARC. It's a really good short story just the right length to read during a short break during your day. Michael is an actor up for the part to make his career and Kelsey is his live in girlfriend who has been cheated on by men in the past with sexy leading ladies. Michaels leading lady is a bit of a calculating bitch and delights in tormenting Kelsey that Michael is cheating with her. Kelsey has to decide who she trusts whilst maintaining a BDSM lifestyle with Michael as her Dom which gives us a tasteful and factual account of their lives and different roles they play. Will Kelsey and Michael survive to the movie, will their love? It's well worth a read to find out and the next book has some of the same characters, which I can't wait to read and get my next fix.

The first book in a new series by Marie Tuhart. It is wonderful book about Michael and Kelsey. They are a young couple in Hollywood and are in a BDSM relationship.
This book portrays a beautiful insight into a BDSM relationship. Michael is a loving, strong Dom with a devious mind and a lot of imagination. He comes up with a lot of interesting ways of punishing Kelsey. Kelsey is hurt by a previous relationship and finds it hard to trust, but she is smart and strong and loves being Michaels’s submissive.
I really enjoyed this book. It was romantic, funny and left me all hot and bothered.
This isn't a story about how Michael and Kelsey begin their relationship, as it starts with them already together an goes on to explore the complications that arise when his career aspirations put him in the path of an attention-seeking starlet who pushes every one of Kelsey's insecurity buttons. Michael and Kelsey have a sweet D/s relationship that works, but Kelsey isn't sure that's enough for Michael, especially with a potential co-star that wants him for herself. This is a beautifully sweet story of loyalty, trust, and a love that stands the test of time. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Michael is the story of a hollywood actor and the woman he loves. Michael is also a dominant. He is in the running for a lead in a major movie, unfortunately, the lead actress in the movie wants to get her claws into MIchael. Kelsey has had the men in her last two relationships cheat on her, now this woman will do anything she can to make Kelsey believe her boyfriend and Sir is stepping out on her as well. Can their love survive Hollywood? This was an extremely well written and hot first series book. I’m totally looking forward to reading what comes next in this series, and Marie Tuhart is now on my one-click list!
Marie Tuhart writes an entertaining story about Michael, an actor and Kelsey, his submissive and the woman he loves. Kelsey has had her heart broken by actors in the past so she has some trust issues. Michael really loves Kelsey but isn't sure how to help her over the trust issues especially when he auditions for a part with a very aggressive leading lady who wants him.
In this story Marie Tuhart has managed to introduce two very likable characters and leads the reader into their world with an interesting storyline. I really enjoyed this hot, sexy story.
Thank you to NetGalley for providing a copy of this book.
This book I was unsure of when opening it up. However, within the first couple of pages I was hooked. Michael and Kelsey are a couple who your are pulling for to make it from page one. Michael is an up and coming actor in Hollywood and Kelsey has been hurt twice by guys like him. With this big break and leading lady in the film that will not take no for an answer can their relationship survive? Do they have their happy ever after? This is a short read, so pick up a copy today to find out the answers.
Submissive woman is concerned that her dom boyfriend is cheating on her with a starlet he’s auditioning with. Interesting that this isn’t a meet-cute romance; this couple is already together. But then it is a novella. Despite some fun S&M stuff and Hollywood problems, the frame of the story just didn’t hold together. The plot was barely enough to sustain the story until the abrupt ending, as if the author wanted to get it over with. Not only was it resolved too easily, but they didn’t really earn that happily ever after anyway. 2.5 pushed up to 3/5
I loved book one of the Doms of the Silver Screen. Michael is a actor and up for a big part in a movie. Kelsey is his sub and girlfriend. They are dynamite on and off screen. There is just one problem. His co star Samantha Collins. She is after Michael from the get go. Will he cheat and hurt Kelsey? Give up being a actor or push through to land the leading male role?
I really liked this fast-paced read. Michael and Kelsey have great chemistry; however, Kelsey has a lot of baggage from her past relationship. Can she learn to trust her Dom? Entertaining and steamy read.
If you like short, fast-paced,erotic stories then give this book a try. The characters are developed and real, by that I mean flawed and plagued by past relationships. The Dom in this story must reassure his submissive that she is all he wants. Please give this book a try and read. You will enjoy.
A lovely story about love and trust, the difficulties that can arise when people interfere in others lives.Kelsey has past bad experiences and therefore trust issues. Will she believe in Michaels love and ultimately her self ? This is a really well written story with emotional depth and searing hot scenes.
