Attacking bridges building is the one of bases of Wing Chun close combat. The striking technique, based on the technique of bridges building, essentially differs from the traditional technique of blows without bridges building.
The ability to set a contact with adversary’s arms – bridges building technique, and also the ability to manage adversary’s arms in a contact point – “sticky hands” technique are important. This all is done to open zones on an adversary’s body, “binding” of his arms and neutralization of his actions, then a blow is stricken.
The book is devoted to the technique of attacking bridges building with blows. It contains the detail description of different ways of an attack of an adversary. The large number of illustrations is presented in the book for a visual understanding.
