On the surface, Nick has it a beautiful wife and family, and a great job. His life is one of clear skies, calm waters, and smooth sailing.
Just over the horizon, however, a wave is building that threatens to change his entire life. A harmless trip to a swingers club, an attempt to try something different, leads them to Collin. The handsome, rich black man immediately enthralls Nicole, his gorgeous Latin wife, and the feeling is mutual.
What follows is an exciting, gut-wrenching ride for everyone—especially Nick, who has to come to terms with his wife’s infatuation for a man who desires her. Nick is faced with a remove Collin from their lives and risk his wife’s happiness, or allow Collin to remain in their lives, and risk his marriage.
I first read this book as part of a 5 Book anthology in 2017 and reviewed all 9 books in early 2018. I’m reading it again because for me it has the best character development in the hotwife/cuckold genres, with excellent communication between the couple.
This book is the opening to the lengthy story (about 1,000 pages). It’s a story of a couple exploring their sexuality. It’s hot and there is a solid, respectful and competitive relationship between the husband and the boyfriend.
The couple clearly discuss some issues in their sex life, agree to look for a boyfriend and begin developing the boyfriend relationship in this book. It ends at a point of angst for husband Nick. I recommend you read the two anthologies - books 1-5 and 6-8. I’m pretty sure you’ll want to read the entire story.
5 Shooting Stars ☄️
Note #1: there is no cheating or humiliation in this book, although there is some teasing and definitely friendly competition.
Note #2: there is a prologue to this book. I suggest you not read it. For me it was a spoiler.
