On Mars, Askel and Bobby have to come to terms with an uncertain future while Foveaux and Kostovich brace themselves for the crisis they dread but know is coming.
When a shocking act of violence sends two planets careening towards conflict there is nowhere left to hide. The cold war between Earth and Mars is about to get hot, and there can only be one winner.
The War between Mars and Earth is not going well for either planet, with the deprivations that war always causes. The plot gets a little further, but not a whole lot of action in this one.
Beautifully done second novel of Mars declaring indepence from Earth. There are fairly long stretches of no action but lots of plotting. The ending will pretty much what you expect once you've gotten there. The book is totally worth the time spent. And this is a long book. Mars en Earth's dominance.
