The Roald Dahl label works more as branding than actual content authorship. Still, most of the stuff in here is whoppsy-whiffling.

Really liked some of the wordplays and jokes.
Examples: If Ireland sank into the sea, which county would stay afloat? – Cork! :D
Why is Dublin getting bigger? – Because it's always Dublin. ;) *badumm ts*

But others were just not funny. Maybe that's because I'm not a native speaker of English or because I'm not familiar with all of Roald Dahl's works.

This whizz-popping joke up is totally hilarious, the pictures are actually 2D and it looked 3D with the words. The book is relatable and this book brought a smile on my face. I have was laughing my head off and tears were coming down too. It is definitely a fun way to learn from this book. This book is also related other series of books. There characters there represented the book and the jokes were also related to it. Therefore, if you have to understand the joke throughly, you got to read the other books too. This is surely a smart way to make kids read more books. Of course, I had read a lot of Roald Dahl’s book before so understanding most of the jokes were a cup of tea to me. I loved this book and I hope there will be more joke books coming up.

This fun little collection provides exactly what you’d expect from a Roald Dahl themed joke book. True, the jokes are mostly pretty dumb and aimed at children, but there were one or two absolute gems that I took away with me and kept telling people.

For example, why is it so noisy in the garden? Because Jack and the beans talk.

You can whizz through this in 20 minutes or so, and I read it in a single sitting while on the exercise bike. You could also use it to keep a kid quiet on a car journey, at least until they start telling you jokes.
