I have been searching articles and books for questionnaire design for primary market research. I stumbled upon this wonderful book. The author explains entire aspects of designing effective questionnaires. I would recommend anyone who is looking for designing survey and interview questions for primary market research.

Går med planer om å etablere en en spørreundersøkelse i jobbsammenheng og tenkte det var smart å sette seg inn i teorien.

Oppdaget raskt at det har en del med psykologi å gjøre når man skal lage spørreundersøkelser. Alt med plassering av spørsmål, hvordan man ordlegger seg og i enkelte tilfeller ubeviste og beviste egenskaper hos respondent som kan vri svarene.

Boken var mer interessant enn man kan forvente av en bok om spørreundersøkelser. :)
