That was so super fun! A little too short for my liking. I would actually love for it to become a full length book and give me more Porter and Zoey. I can't wait to read book 2 now.

Ini pendek banget deh, mungkin kalau sedikit panjang jadi lebih menarik konfliknya ya.. 11/12 sama Noelle Adams, gak berasa bacanya tau-tau abis ehehehe

Ceritanya klise lah biasa.. bacaan gw mostly klise kan LOL Zoey Winston, blm lama putus sama pacarnya kr pacarnya bikin status di FB kalau die ude capek sama pacarnya dan minta dikenalin sama "hot girl" ke temen2 sosmed nya die.. gak ngomong langsung gt, najong banget.. Nah, pas lagi ada acara summer apa gitu lah, Zoey sama temen baeknya Cheyenne (bacanya gw bingung, heroine buku 2) mabok. Nah, Cheyenne sama Zoey ini suka maen "dare" gitu lah, saat itu kan banyak polisi yg ngawasin warga kan, si Zoey liat "hot cop" dan Zoey bilang "he's mine" trs dgn sempoyongan die kissu2 tu polisi, yg berakhir dengan die digelandang ke kantor polisi tentu saja kwkwkwkw.

Beberapa waktu kemudian, Zoey yang librarian ini ketemu lagi sama si "hot cop" yg die pikir pas abis kissu, gak bakalan ketemu lagi, palingan tu polisi pinjeman kota sebelah (pede banget), trs abis itu mulai sering ketemu dan sering ketemu.. ternyata masnya Porter Banks, baru pindah ke kota itu kr salah satu adeknya yg biasa jadi trouble maker pindah ke kota itu buat bikin perush konstruksi (hero buku 2), Porter di kota itu nugas sekalian ngawasin adeknya gitu lah. Pas die ketemu Zoey tu berasa angin segar gitu lah, dan langsung suka abis Zoey nya lucu dan sekseh (tentu saja).

Konfliknya tu Zoey kan awalnya hooked up sama si mas Banks bilangnya cuma buat "reborn" doang, tp lama2 kok intensitasnya makin kuat dan masnya jelas2 bilang suka gitu, Zoey gak mau.. terlalu dini buat bilang suka deh, trs mundur. Tapi abis itu banyak masalah di perpustakaan kota, dan masnya sll ada buat die.. makanya die bisa liat kalau masnya beneran suka, dan emang deep down die suka sih.. HEA deh XD

This was such a fun read! Morgan Young was a new author to me who was suggested by one of my friends. She has never led me wrong where books and authors are concerned and she didn't this time either!

Zoey Winston has just been dumped in the worst way possible - via social media. While she's likely better off without her ex, it still was a horrible way for things to end and so to wallow, she and her bestie Cheyenne, head to the Oktoberfest festival to drown her sorrows in some beer.

When Zoey sees the hottest man she's ever laid eyes on, Cheyenne dares her to kiss him and she's just buzzed enough she does it. The craziest thing about it is, he's a cop! The good news for her is that he was intrigued too and ends up helping her out of a sticky situation later that day and then as they say the rest is history. The question is will Zoey's past end up derailing this romance before it can go the distance?

I loved the vibe between Zoey and Porter. From the way they met the first time to the way this duo fell fast for one another, it was just a great read all the way around. I would have loved for it to have been a little bit longer only because I loved this couple so much. With that said, I can't wait to read the next book in the series, which I have no doubt will be just as good as this one!

Short and sweet small town romance. Porter is the new cop in town and Zoey is local librarian trying to save her job. Porter openly falls for Zoey while she hesitates due to her past. Can she let herself trust enough to love the hot cop?
