This was my first Vincent Morris read. Malik Barnes is an Alpha Male with a God Complex...his vices are food and sex. The four women he lives with, or rather holding captive, are responsible for making sure all of his wants and needs are taken care of. But what about their wants and needs? Malik's Brother Abraham is living the American dream and so is his son Thurgood......but what happens when Thurgood wants to follow his own dreams?

In the synopsis the author quoted: This is a whopper. It will grab you and not let go until the end. I beg to differ. This book was underwhelming and had too many spelling errors to count.While I did appreciate a few of the gems the author dropped in his story, I was unimpressed with this storyline and the way the story progressed. It felt very rushed. I will try to read one more book by this Author but this one needs to go back to the drawing (and editing) board asap.
