Short, wise, and practical. Worth picking up if you are looking to plant seeds of personal change. One of the few books I wish I had read earlier.

Comprised of short, practical, action producing chapters. Something I'll probably keep reading, over and over. There are nuggets of truth at the end of each chapter, i.e. "Time for reflection at the start and end of each day, week, month and year are priorities for people who wish to be truly free."
