We have not lost our trust in America, nor our form of government, nor our way of life. Maybe we have lost trust in most corporations and politicians who avoid transparency. However, we have not lost trust in the American people, who created the most innovative nation on the face of the planet. I am certain the American people will meet the challenge of Data Integrity and make our nation and the world an even better place for all the digital citizens living in the digital age

Exceptional book highlighting the key points of common data disorders, the imperative for organizations to focus on the integrity and quality of their data to yield high returns. Ken Graham did a heck of a job sharing multiple examples of how significant emotional events and catastrophes for businesses often happen due to poor data management. Love the analogy that data is the raw material, technology is the tool, and information is the yield. Too many companies focus on the tools and not the raw materials or yield. Brilliant mind, Ken Graham is and more business leaders should embrace these critical concepts.
