The Disappeared. This is going on the 3rd week of the "Shelter at Home" due to the virus. With the library closed, I had to go to the book stack in the garage to see what I had not read. This is the first book I have read by this author. The story takes place in Wyomng, the main character a Game Warden, Jim Pickett. For some reason he is chosen by the Governor to find a mission woman from the UK, that had been to an up-scale dude ranch and had not returned to her home as expected. It seems there was a lot of unusual crime going on and those things are weaved thru the story. The woman, is discovered, alive and well and being protected by Picketts daughters boyfriend.
The story is well developed, altho I kind of thought her disappearance might have something to do w/the that particular young man. I'd like to read more books by C.J. Box.
