Thunder
The Sci-fi novel Thunder takes place around 13 years before Revolted. The main character in this book is never named. He is out in the wilderness searching for rare mushrooms called White mycena. Hours later, lost, and caught in a huge storm, when something extraordinary and incomprehensible happens. We'll never know exactly what happened to the man in this book, all we know is it did happen. This book will also set the stage for Revolted, as well as provide insight and backstory for the events within it.
Revolted will be released July of 2018 and is about a 12-year-old boy with a vast imagination named Jamie. He is an only child and lives in Santa Monica, California in a nice neighborhood with his mother. He never knew who his father was, as it was always kept hidden from him. Throughout the book Jamie develops a hate for society and its norms and flaws. As a result, he 'revolts' against it.

Exceptional story. Wish it was longer but I really love it.

It's way too short, but it's better than getting nothing before Revolted comes out. Love Christian Lowe from the SWPOTJ series and can't wait for more.
