I’m a husband and author, and I may be a little religious about both. I like writing hot sex and encapsulating it in the delicate white silk of devotion, commitment, and psychotic obsession.

The gripping tale of Bones and his multiple personalities continues. In this installment, Bones finally gets to meet his long lost twin brother Reginald. True to Lucian Bane form, this is no ordinary reunion. Z, Reginald, Bones, Winter and X are all present for this explosive family gathering.

In this twisted, erotic and mind blowing story Bones and Reginald are forced to face the reality of who X really is and what he does. X has had enough of hiding in the shadows and is ready to take over. Winter is determined to keep Bones safe and love him no matter what. Reginald wants to free Bones of his demons but at what cost? Then there is Z, he set up this meeting and has secrets that are looming large. Reggie returns too, making this crazy trifecta in Bones's head more confused than ever. Who will prevail? Is love enough? What will become of Bones if X takes over?

A scorching page turner, that leaves you stunned and begging for more. 5++ Stars!!

Bones Brothers, the fourth installment of the Reginald Bones series, picks up after Winter and Bones find out that the alter-personality, Reggie, was indeed created after a real person, leaving the pair to ferret out what happened to Reginald and where he is now. Z, the mysterious voice on the phone, offers to answer their questions, leading Winter and Bones to California where earthquakes are not the only thing that can threaten to shift the ground they stand on.

With this book, Lucian Bane delves deeper into the unstable psychology of the fractured Bones, drawing the reader into the murky, minefield laden labyrinth of an intellect that has been damaged to the point that it's only protection is to hide from itself. Bane deftly, layers nuances and shading to the personalities, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, as they fight for dominance over the body housing them. The addition of new players in the battle for a sane Bones amplifies the tension and brings twenty more questions with every one answer discovered. Bane's tendency to mix the physical with the mental takes a back seat for the majority of story as he, instead, focuses on building new alliances and restoring balance both within the real world and the cerebral one for Bones.

Bones Brothers has one character hitting their limit, one finding their heart, one taking advantage and one revealing a truth that not only shocks but opens a Pandora's Box of wicked possibilities that will leave you slack-jawed. And since it's the diabolical Bane we are dealing with, this is NOT the end. This merely the precipice that Lucian would like you to dangle from for now.

Jaw dropped and heart racing. That is where I am at after reading this book. Just when I think that there can't be another twist, that there can't be another oh my moment, I am wrong. These characters are like family and each book digs them deeper into my heart. I can't wait for the next installment.

This was such a whirlwind in the best possible ways. The story continues with Reginald coming to terms with the fact that his is brother is alive and isn't the same, trying to bring Bones back to himself isn't as easy as he had hoped. The termoil Bones goes through is enough to cut you deeply, his brother is alive and well but X isn't happy about it. How can he live a happy peaceful life with his brother when the person inside of him is stronger then ever and wants to break him down. This book is an adrenaline rush, emotional chaos and down right suspenseful.

You know, after the first 3 books, I was already blown away by these mind bending brothers. I loved them, then I hated them, then I loved them again. But in Bones Brothers, the 4th book in this series, you're taken to yet a whole 'nother level of OMG WOW. Still think you have a favorite Bones brother? Think again! I loved all the wickedly wild twists and turns. The sex was off the charts, just freakin' hot, and if you're like me, you'll find yourself shaking your Kindle a few times, and then hugging it. Love this series, and Bones Brothers does not disappoint!

Bane and Bones are back with a vengeance!!!!!

The MASTER of words is back again!!! He hasn't crept in quietly either, he has come back with one MASSIVE BOOM!!!!

Once again Lucian Bane has his reader sitting on the edge of their seat, wondering where on earth he is going to take their mind and emotions this time. The BONES BROTHERS is the continuing story of a man who is struggling with multiple personalities....but Lucian has put such a twist on his story that you will be continually saying WTF!!!!!

As usual, his masterful storytelling is at its finest. CAPTURING your attention from the very first page. INTRICALLY weaving a web of mystery, intrigue and including some of those hot, steamy, pantie melting scenes that will have your temperature rising. The mind%#%#ery definitely continues in this one.

BONES BROTHERS begins where REGINALD BONES 3 left off. So you MUST have read the first three prior to reading this one. Be prepared to have your mind, yet again, taken in directions that you never even realised existed. Bones and Winter have headed to California, to meet the mysterious Z and to learn more about Reginald, the REAL brother that Bones never knew existed. There are more surprises and more players introduced into this AMAZING story, as Lucian delves deeper into the dark murky psyche of the man known as Bones.

Secrets are divulged, but they only lead to more questions. X plays a master card in this one - revealing a secret that may destroy everything that Bones and Winter have between them. He is the personality that we all love to hate.....but he also shows a side of hinself that was least expected.

No one can ever accuse Lucian of being boring and mundane with his books. His words are ASTONISHING, GRIPPING, ADDICTIVE and NAUGHTY, but most of all they are MANDATORY. This book is a MUST READ. One that will have you wondering when you finish it....what the everliving f#%# did I just read?

Oh and the ending will have you ready to throw your arms up in the air. This man certainly knows how to keep his readers CAPTIVATED and BEGGING for MORE.

Bring on the next one!!!!

Have you ever wondered how an author comes up with their stories as you're reading them? For me, not all but some... Lucian Bane is, in my opinion, one of the best that knows how to twist you in every conceivable direction. Your mind spins at how the storyline, these characters come together in such a new and rich fashion. Gripping you hard and you are left marveling with this writers ability to not only write a story with grit, anguish, lust, love and so much more.. But also genuine passion, you feel his passion as a writer in his words. He has the ability to take his writings outside of the box, taking his stories to a whole other level. His writing is uniquely his and I love it. You need to read this story, I'm 99.9% sure it will blow you away!

Absolutely devoured this book in a day and a half. This author is a genius when it comes to twisting a tale so delicious, the reader can hardly keep up with the mind blowing use of the English language. This story is funny at times, sad and keeps the reader wondering where the hell Lucian is taking his characters. so many quotes to share.

This series just keeps getting better. Again lots of twists and heart racing moments, the story had my brain working overtime even when I'd finished reading. Information and clues are expertly placed and as a reader, you smile smugly thinking you have it worked out, only for Mr Bane to throw another curveball and you are just left open-mouthed and frustrated that you allowed yourself that smug thought. That is why this series has the WOW factor stamped all over it!

OMG - yet again another complete and utter mind fuck from Lucian Bane. I can't get out enough how much this man makes me LOVE to HATE him. The shit that goes on in this book is just as twisted and heart breaking as in the others and will keep you in a state of absolute euphoric haze.
This book has a bit of everything its dark, its twisted, its heartbreaking as well as heart warming with the amount of love that flows through Bones and Winter. It surprisingly is also funny at times that really breaks up the dark for you. Lucian does an absolute phenomenal job with his writing, I don't know where it comes from or what drives him write the dark and twisted. But I will tell you without shadow of a doubt you will be in LOVE with his writing and will drop all others when release day comes for sure!!!!

Brothers Keeper

This read was genius. You've got Bones, Reginald, X and the real Reginald. And don't forget the woman who loves Bones and so graciously deals with his mental illness. But the lovely Winter has an amazing support team. X has found a way to blackmail the body that he's a prisoner in. As a reader,,,you just want Bones to kick X's ##s,,,but then he'd be beating himself up. It amazes me how author Lucian Bane keeps the reader from being confused with all the different personalities.

Looking forward to the next book in this series because I'm really patient....NOT

Yet again Lucian Bane masterfully delivers another edge of your seat book with Bones Brothers. The characters and story line both have depth, and there are twist and turns throughout some that you won't see coming. A very exciting book that will have you hooked within the first few pages. Bones Brothers is the perfect example of why Lucian is one of my all time favorite authors.

Holy. Shit. Wow, wow, wow. If Lucian Bane was into reality TV productions, he could have made a trillion dollars live streaming the gripping tale of the Bones Brothers. It’s raw, wild, twisted, erotic, diabolical, hilarious, and insane. Lucian Bane in all his glory. The blurb says: Get on the edge of your seat, because Bones Brothers takes off right where Lucian Bane left you hanging in Reginald Bones 3 — by a fingernail, on a cliff. Get your box of tissues, because there's a family reunion coming unlike any you've ever seen. Then you can get your nail-biting on because Bane packs this story with mega chills and thrills, you won't know WTF hit you! And don't forget about X. Wait until you see what that dirty, delicious, devious bastard has in store!

Happy reading!

My jaw is still on the floor and yours will be too after you have read Bones Brothers. The first three Bones books were incredible but Bones Brothers takes the characters to a whole new level. Lucian Bane has outdone himself once again with his writing style. His characters are complex and the way he has created such unique and individualized stories for each personality for Bones is amazing. You don’t ever feel lost in their story because it is that well written.

You will learn secrets from the past which does explain a little bit more of why Bones/X/Reginald exist and we finally get to learn more about the “real” Reginald, how he will deal with his brothers multiple personalities and the lengths he will go through to help his brother get well. The ending will leave you feeling like you just had your mind put threw a blender but it is worth it! It will truly leave you questioning and wanting more!

I am absolutely loving this series, This is book 4, If you've not read 1-3 yet, you really need to, it's fantastic.
Book 4 will send you in a spin with all the twists and turns and revelations, just when you think you have it all figured out, WHAM.. you don't!!, Lucian throws another curve ball.
I thought I would struggle to keep up with the brother's personalities, but no, Lucian's writing is so good it pulls you in deep, right to the heart of everything.
Bones is my favourite, I really really hope he comes out of all this well and with Winter, but that's the thing with Lucian's writing skills, you just never know what's going to happen, and even if you do speculate you are usually wrong.
Well done Lucian best book so far in my opinion, loved it.

Lucian Bane Doing this again, and this time "wow". I could not wonder what the hell he was going to do to me now?
After reading Lucian first three books, I just waited for this. Learn more about the brothers, learn more about the amazing personality of Bones, then get to know the real REGINALD, and Oops did not forget X for a moment and now I also got Z.
Lucian takes me on a tremendous journey of several personalities in one Men, passing me a proper education series. Got me into the darkness of intrigue and the journey of a mighty roller coaster, and the final twist as only Lucian was known to do left me gaping toward the end. And now wait for the next book to see how this wonderful journey will come to an end.
If you have not read, do not wait, just enter another world different and amazing.

How much more can Bones take?

This book continues the story of Reginald Bones....so many twists...and new info. I didn't think X had any redeeming qualities, but I was wrong. I can not wait for the next release.

If you've read the first three installments, "you ain't seen nothing yet" I don't remember when I've read such an intriguing, heart-pounding, ugly crying story. This author, Lucian Bane, is one of the top word masters. I believe you will have a love/hate relationship with everyone of these characters. The complexity of each is astounding. As he peels back their layers you will become more and more mesmerized by them. This is a ride you are going to want to buckle in and hold on with both hands.

If you haven't read the first three, you must get them now. Cancel your plans for the weekend, because once you start you won't want to stop. And when this author leaves you on the cliff (never for long) you don't mind because you sigh with relief realizing... yes, there will be more!

I read the first three books in two days, and it's took me two days (it wasn't easy) to finish this one. This book ruined the series for me. If I didn't know any better, I would think this was a fanfic. The angsty, darkness of the others was traded in for giddy, facile soap opera.

The story started wrong with introduction of Superfluous Sally and goes downhill from there. What was the point of adding a love interest at the onset of the story before Bones and Reginald meet? They haven't seen each other in years, but who cares, let's have Reginald become overwhelming attracted to some random character for no logical purpose.

Bones and Reginald reunion read like something out Little House on the Prairie I understand that they thought the other was dead; nevertheless, there should have been at least one deep conversation before Bones transforms into a weeping willow.
The story has gone from being this intense thriller to a Nancy Drew meets the Hardy Boys adventure. Winter and Sally giggle over cute boys while snooping around the house and gossiping about Sally's stepsister, who HAD to come with her to Z's. And Winter had to save some young girl that's never been mentioned because X obviously needs a love interest. *side-eye*

I'm honestly flabbergasted as to what Mr. Bane was thinking when he wrote this book. It's as if he didn't know how to move overarching plot along without weighing the story down with contrived plot points that serve no purpose other than to fill pages. I wouldn't have minded Sally if her first appearance had been solely focused her interaction with Z. It would have been better if she and Reginald's relationship had grown organically.

X is the best character in this book. He's provides the suspense and angst that's sorely missing. My one complaint about his is the Constant giggling, which he didn't do in the third book. Bones has been watered down, which has nothing to do with his integrating with Reggie. He reads like a different personality.

The last two chapters saved this book. They had the feel, the suspense, and the angst of the previous installments, as wells as the characters (Winter, The Trio, Reginald & X) that were Necessary for the Plot.

The plot thickens

*possible minor spoilers ahead in review*
I have fallen in love with this story. The psychological drama mixed with erotic drama is very well balanced. You have Bones who has multiple personalities but in truth the personalities consider themselves themselves their own people they just inhabit the same body. But X knows he came along to do what Bones couldn't. Because Bones and his actual twin Reginald were part of sex trafficking when little and Bones was also made to kill. His twin was sent away and Bones created him as another personality years later.
So, Bones meets Winter and all 3 personalities are falling in love with her. Here's my issue...why? Reggie the younger bro personality sure. He was a "virgin" and is kind, sweet, "the normal", and in the end sees her as a broken woman with a heart of gold. Even if he fell for her so Bones would so Bones would know love.
But X...that dude has some explaining to do. Wow. Still there isn't anything remarkable about Winter. As Bones gets to know her sure he falls in love but everyone, including bankrolling Z who funds X's killing games says Winter is key. Hmm.

Other than that this book focused on Reginald the actual brother and his relationship with Bones, now that they have met, Z and Sally. Basically expanding the plot so the reader isn't just focused on the multiple personalities. But it did take away from the intensity a bit that has been with the other books.
Still a good book and I didn't want to stop reading especially at the cliffhanger ending, which I saw coming. Everything comes in threes.

Let me just first say that this author is f'in brilliant and this series is beyond amazing and bada**!!! I absolutely fell in love with this author's writing and this story-line and the characters in book 1! Then book 2 came along, and I fell in love even more! Book 3 blew me away completely! And now, book 4 has done it all over again to me! Dark, twisted, disturbing, intense, and hot, this series just keeps getting better and better and I devoured each word like there was no tomorrow! I don't know how Lucian Bane does it, but he has managed to get better and better as this story has developed! I have no words to express how much I LOVED reading this book and am in love with this series!! And, in typical Lucian fashion, he just had to throw in some major twists and change things up again, leaving us BEGGING for more!! I'm not gonna say anything about the actual story-line so you just have to read the series for yourself, but I can promise you will be blown away and put through the ringer, from one end of the emotional spectrum to the other, just like I was!!

There is so much to talk about I really don’t know where to begin.

I’ve never read anything so intreaguing and dark and erotic and compelling. And there are so many twists and turns, it is impossible to predict what happens next.

In this, the fourth book of the series, so many questions have been answered but so many more have come in their place. My heart breaks over and over for Bones and Reginald and Winter and the tragic lives that they have lead. I can only hope that in the end there is happiness for at least one if not all of them. Though I fear that there is no way that one can exist without the other so it will ultimately be all or none.

Beware, there are so many triggers in these books I would seriously consider before you jump in because once the Bones Brothers have you, there’s no letting go.

*Semi-spoiler*

Oh Lord...will this saga come to an end already?
While I did enjoy the darkness and the batshit twists and turns overall, this could have been streamlined a bit - the previous books could have been pared down a little as well. If the first three books were one book, followed by the fourth - with the subsequent fifth and most likely sixth book into a second book - this would have worked better for me. I don't like long drawn-out series, but I'm in this one for the long haul (for now).
It was interesting to see the growth and changes between the brothers, especially with the 'real' Reginald's appearance.
As for Winter...even though some parts of her character were cool, she was still a stupid twit, especially at the end of the book. I still don't care for her.

Reggie.Bones.X.

Our main Men. Bringing such strong personalities to each and every moment! No one is left out or feeling weaker because of the other’s strong points. I don’t know how they compliment each other but they do. And I used to think Reggie the silent Alpha of their fascinating group but no. Winter has them all by the short hairs. Don’t you Winter? She may just be my 1st Girl Crush the way she handles her men. She’s brave and calm for the whole of them. Mr. Bane proves that as in each new book you add more drama, more love, more laughs and Gawd I love them all! It’s been a long time since I was stunned I was at the end of a book. Turning the last page thinking there’s got to be more. Hurry up Bane!
