Time Estimating for Projects

Rate this book
Introduction

If you want to know the basics of project management, this guide and the others in The Neanderthal Series are available. The idea behind this series is to first concentrate on the basics and then progress to greater levels of complexity, if necessary. Seek simplicity first.

Time is infinite, except on projects. Only so much time is available to complete the work on time. Too much or too little time can erase any gains a project offers an organization. Project managers must treat the management of time as if handling precious material and the best way to do that is by using reliable estimating techniques.
