This was just a fun read. A big lovable oaf who loves cats, what's not to love? Definitely original!

I saw speak Ed Luce in a panel and spoke to him at SPX this year, and he recommended I start with the #0/#1 combined issue, so I did! I don’t see that here on GR, so I’ll go with this one.
This is fun! Oaf is a giant goofball, and all his kitties are adorable. #0 introduces his friends/family/kitties, so I had a little bit of an intro before reading #1. I like the little...interludes, I guess (I’m sure there’s another word for them, but I’m not sure what it is) between chapters—bad dates, Oaf’s birth, etc. Little flashbacks!
Looking forward to Oaf actually speaking with Eiffel. Lol.
Turns out volume 1 is available via Comics Unlimited, so I’ll be reading that soon!!!
