I’m not sure what’s happening, but the last 2 fics from Lomonaaeren are not working for me.
The writing is perfect, the ships are my favorites, the plot is interesting, but I struggled to finish it. So it must be a ‘me’ thing.
I’m pretty sure I’ll continue reading their work, it’s impossible not to when this writer is basically a cornerstone in Fanfiction.
This one was too political for me.

It took a lot of time to read this one. I was often questioning my comprehension skills, so this one might not be for everyone. I did not enjoy the political parts as much as I usually do, maybe because it made the story even longer and exhaustingly complex. I gave up figuring out if some things make sense and mostly skimmed through.
But Severus made me keep going. His characterisation is absolutely marvellous. And those three together and how they figure themselves out is beautiful. I sucked up all the wise words. Especially like the part about “stupid potion”.
