Just when love was prevailing...
Let me tell you how this book took me through it and back then back through it again. First off I don't nowhere Dominique got Hendrix from but she need to throw him back. I loathed him this entire story and he gets worse each time. Hill, Hailo and Heaven already had a crappy childhood and he just made thier adult live worse. Money is the root of all evil, well Hendrix is the root of all evil..I mean the dog, really. In an attempt to go one of Hendrix mission the girl find themselves in unexpected situations. Their vibes changes, they started to see who they were, but then there is Hendrix. He made my life a living hell reading, I just knew thing were going to flourish. I really feel bad for Hailo, she was really doing her thing, but writing your feelings has a way of bitting you back. I know part to is going to be a straight hell raiser cause with the changed of events somebody need to get that a** tagged..Hendrix.

7yrs later. Finally a review.
I first read this book 7 years ago, & I have read this story 100xs since. This is my all time favorite book. While I love the book and characters in its entirety, Hailo and Keem will forever be my all time favorite couple. I won’t spoil part 2, but I will say that It’s definitely worth reading. I saw several reviews speak about the “religion” mentioned in their love story, and while I am not Muslim, to me that was what I favored about the book the most. Because of his religion, he was able to be the man that he was. And he shared that beautiful thing with the woman he grew to love. In my opinion, that is the purest form of love. As I’ve mentioned before, this is my favorite book, by my favorite author. && 7 years later I finally know what it is that makes it my favorite…the love between two characters felt so real that it has created a longing in me. I know that sounds crazy but that’s why I love their story. Please Read. 🩷

Damn! Hendrix was a low down, conniving bitch. He preyed on the girls weaknesses and held their struggle over their head. To learn of everything he'd done to each one only heightened my hate for him. Hill took on a responsibility that proved to be too much in the long run. To be indebted to someone who'll never get enough or let go causes all kinds of problems. Hill and Hailo both met some solid dudes and I only wished they'd been more forthcoming once their feelings began to grow. Draco as well as Keem proved they weren't to be messed with and I hope they straight toe tag Hendrix. Haven is so clueless to a lot and that led to her getting caught up. Draye being a friend may have cost him so much. I can't wait for part 2 because the girls will see just how their decisions may have cost them the only ones they wanna be with.

WOW!!!
OMG!!!! Hendrix is a freaking lunatic. I didn't like him from the beginning of the book.. I knew he was going to use them girls. Hillary need to stop being so darn scared of him...I think if she be honest with Darco he would help her. Yes he'll be pissed off but I think he'll help. I like feisty Hailo and can't wait to see what happens with her and Keem. Poor Haven, I feel so bad for her... All she wants is to be loved and some advice. I hope she survives.
Faith is a poor excuse for a mother. I'm so mad at her I can scream!!! Dominique you never disappoint... Keep the book coming!!!

Every time I see anything with this authors name attached I read it. She is one of my favorites. Story is of three sisters getting mixed up with the wrong man to survive. The 2 oldest Hill, and Hailo is sent out to do the dirty work "scheming men" while baby sis Haven is sheltered from that life. On their latest scheme, What they got instead is a love that cause them to make a choice between love and "familiy". What a wonderfully written story. Can wait until the sequel comes out. Please don't make us wait too long.

Mannnn solo good!
This book was good from beginning to end. I can't wait til Waikeem and Draco give Hendrix what he deserves. The girls were dealt a bad hand and have a tarnished view of family. Hill and Hailo should kill Hendrix but they are suffering from heartache. Hendrix is a sick pimp that needs to be dealt with. Faith is such a weak woman and is still not taking up for her daughters. You are so gifted and talented I hope the girls will get their chance at true love. I can't wait til the next book drops!!!

Wow. I really enjoyed this book. For the past few months every other book has been bland to me, like all the stories are the same. This is my third time reading a book from Dominique and i must say she really is becoming one of my favorite authors. This book was well written and had no grammatical errors and it was well paced. I felt the characters and each individual story had me intrigued , which in return had me more intrigued in the overall story. I had some laughs and i had some "you flippin lying" moments. I definently would reccomend you read this book. I am so excited to read part 2.

Awesome read
Man this book was everything from the beginning to the end!!!! She made sure to develop all of the characters in the book. The book flowed and it seemed very realistic while reading it. There were some real issues that went on this book that I know people can relate to or know someone who has been in the situation. I also love how the women were depicted as strong women. The way it ended was bananas and I cannot wait for part 2!!!

Worth It
First off kill Hendrix already!!!! He gotta go. The girls was dealt a bad hand early on in life but I need them to become a strong unit after this fiasco. Those men love them even though they have not a glue of their sickening background. Waikeem oh my god he is book Bae. Where he at? Lol .. I hope Draye is okay and Draco? I know he's crazy but I need him to save Hill from the madness she calls a life.

Really?!?!?
This story didn't even start until about 40% into the book, and as soon as it started it was over. So tired of authors doing sequels and even though this eventually became a good read, this might be the time I decide to be done with Urban fiction, it's ok to have sequels I guess, but to drag the book out solely for the purpose of waiting to the end to begin the story so you can write a part 2 is deceptive!

I need part 2! Omg! This story is beautifully written even in its sick, twisted way! Those sisters are something else and that Hendrix is the devil himself. I need to know how this end. Will Hailo survive this battle and end with her king? Will Draco discover Hillary's true motives after the fact? Will Haven survive? Hell, was she even shot?!?!?? Soooo many questions but nevertheless, this was a BOMB story! It was worth the one click and a definite 5star masterpiece!

Ok so I will admitt, I was a little lost in the beginning with the H names lol. I was like it's to many characters being thrown at me at one time. But ohhhhh my gawd, listen when I tell you this book is BOMB ! Hendrix was an evil man and he got his just do ! Hailo is my favorite character I love how she learned about Allah and became a totally different person. Growth I love it, Dominique you never cease to amaze me. You always bring that fire gurrrll 🔥🔥🔥🔥😝😎🤣

Setup with Love
Dominique Thomas once again drew me in with her realistic pen game and held me hostage until the end! This story plot really had me beyond my feelings and I really want Hendrix to feel the wrath coming to him! I hope there is a part 2 coming soon because these ladies really do deserve real love!

Wow....
That was an awesome read. The book is very well written and flowed very well. It grabbed and kept my attention the entire time. Hendrix is perv and a despicable man. I really like Draco and Keem. Those are some real dudes right there with huge hearts, but they are not the type you want to mess with. I can't wait to read part 2.

Deceptive Clan
The entire family was compromised. They were without morals or true loyalties. The 5 star rating was because it was very well written, the characters were personally defined , it was entertaining as well the reality for some people. It's a page turner. Ready to read part 2.

Loving this story
I am loving every page of this well written story. The story has a steady flow, with a lot of drama, secrets, lies and deceit. One man ruining the lives of so many. The characters are interesting, some likeable, some crazy and twisted. This story is getting better and better and I am on to part two.

Helped by Satan himself
Man Hendrix us sick in his head . I really want his back story ,it has to be sick. Hurt people , hurt people and he glad to be a tortured soul they way he's causing havoc . I pray the sisters unite and take him out together . Domnique plays with my emotions.

Great book
Hendrix is a piece of work I hope he gets what coming to him.
The book was different and I like how she played out everybody life in general and how they felt hopefully we don't have to wait too long for part 2.

Finished this book with my jaw dropped. This book was so good. I liked the scenario and how it was different. Of all her books you can see the growth in the author's writing and I think this is her best book to date. I don't like series, but I can't wait for book 2.
